LightHaus Beer Garden

Solid place in Channelside to grab some drinks and food. I was here for a holiday gathering and they had a decent amount of tables available for larger groups. I appreciated the servers checking on our group from time to time. The food itself was solid. I got the sliders and they were a really good size. Much more substantial than a lot of other places. All in all, good place to hangout :)

It's okay I guess. It is just an overpriced outdoor beer bar. They had a decent selection and a lot of seating including little adirondack settees. They are dog friendly as you can see from my photo. The service was fine. Again, nothing too revolutionary here and nothing negative either.

A relaxing place to grab a cold one at on a hot day in Tampa. The views are one of a kind and the beer selection is mostly all local. We've been here a couple of times and it never disappoints. Beer selection is great and affordable. The only thing is -- they charge for water. Order "tap" doesn't exist here so bring your own water!

So this spot used to have a solid beer selection with so many options from all over! Ranging from things you couldn't find to common local brews. Now it's domestic and basic beers. At least some are local and somewhat fun. Not worth spending 23 dollars for two beers though when I could probably get it cheaper somewhere else. Disappointing that it's so boring and expensive now. Wasn't always that way

Great outdoor area at armature works! We loved the beer options and the amount of seating. It was a bit busy on Saturday during the day, but that was expected. Service was still top notch and all the servers were super fast and friendly! I love the amount of beer options they have available too.

Great location for a beer garden. You have the Riverview on one side and the other have all the little restaurants and stores. They offer a good selection of beer and ciders and other beverages. They have a great section where you can set on the grass with lawn furniture and may be able to catch live music in the Courtyard. This visit the waitress was prompt and checked on us regularly. We were seated in the shaded area and they have misters around the bar to help keep you cool. Bring the kids and the dogs cause families are welcome families here.

Fun space on the middle of wharf. Great for a few drinks and snacks. The soft pretzel was excellent. Bar seating and tables all around. Just a nice outside hangout.

Stopped by for Sunday Funday. Brought a game to play and my boyfriend ordered a flight. They didn't have other beverages or water. Luckily I brought my own. Lots of outdoor seating and space. Cool play to drink beer if you like and bring games to play. You can also get food and bring it there and drink or order their pizza.

Cute name change from the Biergarten to LightHaus.It's an outdoor bar and the taps are the same on both sides.It's pretty big. It's an ok hang out. Service is hit or miss. Wish I remembered the nice lady who served me last time, she was cool.

The charity group I am a member of decided to meet here after touring one of the Starship boats. They grabbed a couple tables in the back, closer to the Victory ship. It is not a really good place for a meeting, lol. There's a lot of noise since it is outside. If I were to come here with a small group for drinks and pizza I think it would be fine.Meeting aside, I think the drink prices are expensive. My cider was $11. It was a regular size beer/cider. I did not have food here.I don't go to Sparkman Wharf much because it is expensive to park and crowded, you don't know if you will get a place to sit and enjoy your food after you purchased it from one of the vendors. If we didn't have a meeting here, I would not have come. If you live somewhere close to the trolley route and can take the trolley it would be more feasible but still, $11 for a cider is stupid money.
