This was an amazing find! The menu was filled with great variety of delicious food with good prices for its proportions. On top of all that service was great and the food was hot & fresh and did not take long to come out. Try the orange chicken and the Japanese shrimp fried rice!!

This is a family style Chinese restaurant with good flavors and nice portions. The crab rangoon and beef chow fun are really really good. The other entrees were also pretty good as were the spring rolls. Next time, we are going to try the sesame chicken which "looked" special. Staff was friendly and responsive. The restaurant is nice and clean inside too.

This is our go-to, sit in, Chinese restaurant. There is always plenty of parking, the tables are not jammed packed so there is plenty of elbow room and you do have some privacy, especially if you are in a booth. You will not have to wait long for service as they are prompt, friendly and helpful. The menu has a nice range of items to select from and reasonably priced. The food comes out at the right temperature, and presented well. More importantly, they are very consistent in that the food always tastes really good. Another item we like here at Liang's is the portions are generaly large and you can either share a plate or get your own and have plenty of leftover to take home for lunch or dinner the next day. The food always warms up well for the second round. Thank you Liang's for having a sit in establishment that serves up some great food!

This is hands down the best Asian food in the area. Chicken with broccoli. General Tso's chicken. Lo Mein. Thai fried rice. Each dish was amazing.

I was excited to give Liang's Bistro a try because plenty of people have raved about it. I placed a To-Go order and used the drive-through to pick up my order. As of August 2024, there's no way to order online, so I called them. The woman on the phone was nice and my order was ready in 20 minutes on a Sunday night. The portion sizes were decent for the price, though I still found it to be a little on the expensive end. The food, for me, was just okay. It was somewhat bland and definitely not the best Asian cuisine I've had. We ordered a good variety of food (seasame chicken, general tso shrimp, crab rangoon, lo mein, egg rolls). Overall, it just wasn't "great."I didn't go inside the restaurant so I can't comment on ambiance. Overally, a B- and I probably won't go back.

Egg rolls were loaded with grease, and I am a lover of that last greasy egg roll bite. Way too much here. Phad Thai flavor was way off. Didn't taste any tamarind or fish sauce. Expected maybe a PF Chang's quality due to bistro in the name. No such luck. Seems the area is barren of quality Asian food.

The best orange chicken I have ever had. The pork ribs were equally amazing. Great price on domestic beers. Will be on my Tampa rotation every time I visit.

One of my favorite Chinese restaurants in Tampa Bay.I always preface this review by saying it is relative to other Chinese Restaurants in Tampa. Would it be top in Houston, San Fran, New York, etc.? Probably not, but you work with what you've got and in Tampa Bay we don't have great Chinese food. The place I was planning to go for lunch with my husband was closed, so in a panic I texted Chris W. and Brett N. for a suggestion, not actually thinking they monitor their phones close enough to respond quickly. Surprisingly, Chris W. responded immediately with Liang's. It used to be a fast food place that's been renovated so they have a drive through. If I lived closer, I would be using that drive through constantly. We ordered pan fried dumplings, Japanese fried rice and Sesame beef. Apparently Japanese fried rice has a butter sauce and Chinese fried rice has a soy sauce based sauce. Who knew? I decided to try the Japanese fried rice and it was delicious. I'm definitely open to trying the Chinese fried rice next time. We got it with shrimp, that was plump and tasty. The Sesame beef was also amazing. It definitely tastes best fresh, it felt a little more greasy at home when I heated it up. There was so much food, way too much for us to finish there so we took it home. The dumplings were also good and came with six so it will whet your appetite.Service was quick and the restaurant is clean. I like that you can look into the kitchen, they really have nothing to hide. If I'm in the area I will always stop by. My husband says this is his favorite Chinese restaurant in Tampa Bay now. The dishes are all basic Chinese food, but they do it well.

The ingredients are super clean and the service is quick! I recommend asking them to put less salt in your food because it does get pretty salty if you don't. Also, the price could be cheaper, but I do like the quality of the ingredients.
