We have been regulars to the Bruce B Down location and finally made it to Brandon. The location is beautiful. We were seated quickly. Our server Gabriel did a great job. He was very personable. Food was fantastic. Homemade Egg Rolls are always our favorite. The ribs were very tender and full of flavor. We opted for Mongolian Beef and Vegetable Fried Rice. The Mongolian Beef was some of the best we have ever had. They add ginger to theirs and it was delicious addition. Vegetable fried rice was on point. I highly recommend this new location.

The kung pao noodles were fantastic s were the coconut shrimp and sauce. The atmosphere is really very nice and the service was excellent. It was so nice I was shocked I had to inform that you just never bring the entree before the appetizer. No excuse will do. The good being excellent and the staff being great offset the offense.

Such a good place to visit! We came here for my mom's birthday. We have two vegetarians in the family and this place is very accommodating. Great service. We order a bunch different plate and they were all delicious, I had the coconut shrimp and the noodles. The ambience was also very nice, somewhat elegant and I loved it.

First off let me say the food was superb! We had a party of 11 (including 2 guests visiting from England) and everyone enjoyed their food. The interior was beautifully understated elegance. That said, our server was not attentive nor organized. After our appetizer's were delivered I had to get up and ask the hostess for soy sauce. We had separate checks as couples and she completely confused our checks. She then tried to correct them and messed them up a 2nd time. We just decided to pay as is so as not to wait for a 3rd set of bills to arrive. Still I would recommend this place and hopefully you'll get a more organized/attentive waitress.

The cuisine here is just as good as their Win Win fast-casual concept. I've never been to Liang's Bistro in New Tampa, so it was a welcomed change. It's cool that they decided to transform their Brandon eatery into a full-service restaurant. The décor is more elegant, and the seating is comfortable. I really like how they renovated the space.In some ways, the menu & food items are the same. I did see a few more items that they didn't previously have at Win Win. The Sizzling Shanghai Steak looks unique, and I can't wait to try it. The Fried Dumplings here are very good. We especially liked the pickled daikon that was served on the side.So, I normally get the Orange Chicken. You can never go wrong with the Liang families orange peel sauce at any of their restaurants. I decided to go with the Orange Beef. I'm so glad that I finally tried it. It's just as delicious as the chicken. What I liked even more is that it's stir-fried with freshly chopped orange slices in the peel. It's absolutely delicious! The fried beef was crispy & crunchy. It had a nice kick of chili pepper. It's still my favorite! My husband got the Sichuan Stir-Fry. It wasn't as spicy as he thought it would be, but it had a flavorful sauce. He forgot to ask for extra spicy. Everything was exactly the same as what we had before with the exception of the salad (served with ginger orange dressing or creamy sesame), and the dumplings. The prices may be a tad higher, but you're also getting great table service. The lunch combos are still a great deal. We'll definitely return to try more things on the menu. It's just too difficult to pass up their signature Orange Peel or General Tso's dishes.

A quick second trip here and it was just as good as the first! Definitely my new favorite Asian place! The staff is so friendly and the food is great, fresh, made to order!

Surprised to find such wonderful Chinese food in Brandon! The food is excellent and the portions are large. I also live in NYC and eat regularly in Chinatown so I know good Chinese food and this is excellent for Tampa. I previously thought Yum Yum House was one of the best but this beats it hands down! The Mongolian Beef is wonderful. the Hot and Sour soup has the right amount of heat. The Green Beans are a MUST! The service is good and the management is very attentive.

Great location. Food is fresh, hot and tasty. Portions are quite large. Staff is attentive and responsive. Saw a lot of great recommendations and they were correct. I doubt you'd go wrong with any selections here.

We got takeout from Liangs. This Brandon location is much welcomed. My wife and I have taken many trips to New Tampa to go to that location. It's our New Years Eve tradition. This year, we won't need to drive as far!Liangs is top quality Chinese food in a sit down, waiter service environment. I always get the Sesame chicken. All-white meat for the extra dollar. It's sweet and tangy. The sticky sauce rich in flavor. The chicken slightly crunchy, juicy inside. The large portion comes with a side of white or brown rice and steamed broccoli.My wife ordered her Orange chicken. Also a hit and it hit the spot.I'd come back here. (and will always come back here.
