Surprise Surprise! Wasn't expecting the course to be this nice for the price. The pro shops folks were super nice. We didn't have a drink or eat in the bar, but it looked very nice. The course except for a couple of tee boxes that were thin on grass was very good. Lots of interesting holes.

Great first experience! Went late after work and we were still able to golf a few holes before sunset. Driving range is beautiful. Greens were well kept and overall nice course. Only played a few holes but would definitely like to go back and get the full experience. Best part was that the clubhouse stays open late so we were able to grab dinner. The salmon was cooked great with a delicious sauce, I would recommend it. The french fries were also good. Full bar with friendly staff! Be careful around the lakes because we saw an alligator that had to be at least 7 feet sunbathing.

Let me start by saying I passed on this golf course at least four times due to previous *sub-par ratings and finally decided I would give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed a wonderful round of golf as a single. Now if you have golfed much you know that singles can be the most irritating part of golf because they ride your foursome, they make you speed up, you have to let them play through... in general they are frustrating. So I took it off after paying a very nice Florida afternoon summer rate and slammed into two foursomes on the third and fourth holes. So I called back to the pro shop and ask Bill if the back nine was as bad to which he apologized and said absolutely not it should be far less crowded, please come back and I'll show you how to get to hole number 10. Everyone I met in the clubhouse was extremely courteous including the lounge staff that got me water and Gatorade's So back to the 10th hole and about the hole 13 I catch a twosome and then a group of five young guys and can I say both groups were beyond courteous and allowed me to play through without even a hint of agitationMoral of the story... if the ratings swing both ways check it out to make sure they are unbiased. This one was a definite success but I've been on the opposite side as well. 10/10

Pros:- All new greens (August 2019) - Grass on driving range is prestine! Which is a big deal for a course with price point LOGC is holding for courses in the Bay area.- The course is a good mixture of long, short, and medium distance holes, with a well thought out tee box placement.- Omari's Grille has a small but delicious menu.Cons:- Bathrooms were just vandalized and were locked throughout the course, which is of course not the courses fault, as long as it is addressed in a reasonable time frame.- Seems to be a lack of carts, so waiting on a cart when you've shown up early for your tee time is not an ideal initial experience. That only gets worse when you drive 500 yds away from your trunk to find the cart barn...fully stocked with carts.the Mehs:- New greens are hard! as in the greens have the tensile strength of concrete. I don't see this as purely negative, as the friendly Pro-Shop attendant was very informative of the course conditions; if you like a challenge then you will relish the necessity of adjusting your approach (pun).

Okay, to start I went to play 9 holes, as I'm walking in i notice there's no golf carts, no big deal I'm sure they'll have one ready when it's close to my tee time. I was playing as a single, the man at the desk gave me no instructions of when and where to be to obtain my cart just gives my receipt and range token. Finally it's about 4 minutes til my tee time and i see three men on the tee and a guy pulls up and says "iguess u need a cart here ya go." I go up to the tee box and those guys are about to start ripping em off and the ranger comes up and says i have to get in with their single. Ok no problem, their single says "hell no i don't know him i ain't doing it." Then the ranger says then you both pay 20$. Then got rude as hell with me when i was the one saying okay whatever u say I'll do i just want to get my 9 holes in! Mind you, all the while i told him i paid for 18 I'm only playing 9. 10 min later and a backed up tee the guy tells me to go as a single "this is bull shit we should've kicked you and them outta here but my boss apparently is money hungry" is what the guy says walking away from me! Tee boxes were shit, greens were like a furry bedroom rug the pace of play was slower than aids! I'm not coming back and I'm definitely telling all of my friends to stay the hell away! Also the range is crap too a small bucket token spit out 14 balls for me to hit lol epic fail, way too packet to be so crappy!

Horribly ran course. If you have 8 hrs to play 18, love fairways and greens with no upkeep, enjoy rude personnel in the golf shop, then this course is right up your alley. I've given this place multiple chances since it's so close for me, but there's plenty of other places I'd rather spend my money

This is the most generous golf course I've ever played at. I called the course for a tee time and they offered to come pick me up. I already had a ride but was met at the door by the friendliest staff. About 3 holes in, this little blonde came out and brought us drinks. I tried to pay her but she said Alicks and M&Ms took care of it for us. How nice!! After finishing our round, the manager spoke to us about our day and said come on back anytime. They told us no they're offering a free "consumer math" class for those that can't calculate their own expenses when they forget how much change they have from their ATM withdrawal, small bucket of balls, and green fees. (Ouch, that's gonna leave a mark!) I think it's great that this course looks out for those special guys like Alicks and M&Ms. If you see them, just wave, they're the ones licking the windows.
