Loved this place! Service was excellent and had a great ambiance. Great place to hang out out with friends or bring your laptop/book while your rolling solo. Place was spotless! Nothing fancy at all on the outside, and you def have to keep an eye out as you drive by to find it, but it's worth it. Highly recommend.

Thanks, Yelp-this was totally your doing. I *never would have found Leads Coffeehouse without you! It's quietly sitting there, in a two story professional building... all calm and self-assured-not shouting about itself. And that's how you feel when you go inside. It's chill, it's laid back, it's casual... and you can soak up that vibe at high tops and tables, chair/couch seating. You can sit and get work done-or gather with friends/colleagues. And yeah, there's refreshments! The menu isn't super large, but the hot matcha latte with lavender was very comforting, tasty and smooth. The Cuban toast was crunchy, buttery and like the tea, cinforting. (You can also get it with cheese). The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming-as sunny as the morning light outside. I felt like they were truly glad to see me. You order at a counter in the back left corner, pick your own spot to sit... and they'll bring your order to you. Three sips into that yummy matcha and I was as relaxed as the rest of the place. This would be a great place to have a small work meeting-or catch up on your own work. I sat and read through a ton of emails and loved the zen feel of it. I'd definitely return.

I was in the area and craving black coffee, so I searched nearby and found Leads Coffeehouse.Upon entering, I was impressed by the ambiance and decorations of the coffeehouse. The place had a cozy yet modern feel, making it a perfect spot to relax.From the menu, I chose a Cold Double Espresso Black Coffee. The service was prompt, and my order was ready in no time.The double espresso was exactly what I needed on a hot afternoon--no sugar, just freshly brewed, robust coffee. It was delicious and made my Saturday morning delightful.

I think this is a must go place in Tampa! The drinks are great and the ambiance was amazing for conversation with friends and family, and for work/study (with some noise cancelling headphones)! As a traveller I understand why this place is popular with the locals! Service was friendly and patient

Great place with maybe the best staff in Tampa. Really a nice place for coffee and food near RayJay and close to all things Tampa. Some of the best coffee in the area, and this place is Seattle of the southeast. Florida knows coffee. Cuban, Colombian, Arabian, Italian it's all here. Check this place out. I'm sure you will be adding it to your list.

Stumbled upon Leads Coffeehouse after stopping in elsewhere upstairs. Awesome spot to get some work done. Really friendly staff, free wifi, snacks, and coffee offerings. It's impossible not to feel productive in a space like this!

Wow what an amazing little place. The concept is exactly what I've been wanting to do for my future coffee shop. Something that brings the community together not just the coffee and food but a place to network and gather with friends and colleagues

Leads Coffeehouse has a unique blend of being a business space and productive study spot, accentuated by its charming rustic-modern aesthetic. Ive tried there espresso alone and in a hot and iced latte and each time wasnt very good, also the coffee took longer than expected to prepare with me being the only customer.I decided to try their in house-made vanilla syrup Which was quite sweet for my liking but helped the odd taste of the espresso. also, I wasn't a fan of the paper bags that was given to hold the pastries. It was shedding on my coffee, maybe be a concern if gotten into food. But On a brighter note, the pastries I indulged in were truly delicious. While I suspect they may be outsourced, but if they are in fact made in-house is quite commendable if so truly exceptional. I do like their concept i believe it's well executed however they should dial in their espresso machine or check their pressure gauges for the coffee to taste better. overall, a quiet, cute study spot.

I was in the area and looking for some good coffee to start my day. I stumbled upon this place and decided to give it a try. I ordered a hot sugar free vanilla latte. I wish they had more options for sugar free flavors as it was their only sugar free flavor option. I also ordered a Cuban sandwich. The sandwich arrived nice and hot, and was pretty good.
