Absolutely terrific pastries from a baker who is working extremely hard out of passion for what she does. The pop tarts are beyond amazing and my always go to. You cannot go wrong with any of the choices. Its clear she is using very clean ingredients as despite my often over indulgence, I never feel the regret that comes from lets say a sleeve of Oreos.

Ordered a pie for Thanksgiving and it was fabulous. It was just the way I like it. This bakery always has a great selection of tasty treats.

Really enjoyed this place and highly recommend.Atmosphere:- A quaint and clean bakery nestled in a small strip mall right before heading over the bridge.- There are a few seats indoors and plenty of seating outdoor with several plants and covering. Drinks:- We had an iced lavender latte and hot cappuccino. Both were well made with a sweet coffee note.Snacks:- We had an almond croissant and creme brulee bun. Yes, yes, and yes. While I wish the croissant would have had a bit more almond paste throughout both items were delicious and I would easily order them again.Service:- Fantastic. Everyone was extremely friendly and I enjoyed that our food items were brought to us while we sat outside.

Bought a $32 crusted quiche. 9". I am ashamed to serve it. There is virtually no crust and it looks like a cheap supermarket pot pie. Total ripoff. Avoid this place.

I bought a full selection of pastries for my daughters birthday breakfast. I dressed as a French pastry chef and served these delightful creations. They were absolutely delicious and brought us all to Paris taste by taste. Thank you to the owners and staff who made this birthday a hit! They all love croissants filled with chocolate now! Macaroons and parfaits- such good authentic tastes!

The location is very convenient and the bakery has a nice selection of goodies.. The Chai Tea was good as was the Macaroon. They also have a small but tempting breakfast and lunch menu. The staff was helpful.

The food was so delicious! The barista made a specialty pistachio and salted caramel latte for me. It was wonderful!

Small to go or sit outside place. In the " winter " , I'd definitely plan to sit outside The staff was very pleasant and easy going. They had all kinds of French baked items that looked delicious. I got a hot vanilla latte, it was good. I got my friend the morning melt breakfast sandwich, he said it was sooo good. I was scared because I was concerned the combination of flavors would be too " fancy " for him . But , nope he really loved it . I also purchased a chocolate croissant which I've never had, two macrons chocolate and a macaroon none of which I've eaten yet but, look beautifulAte the chocolate croissant, first one I'd ever had ...delicious. The macaroon was good and the chocolate macrons was close your eyes amazing. I wish I didn't like macrons

Messy but TastyI'm a sucker for a good bakery, so I'm glad that Le Merle is here. I went for breakfast on a weekday, so it wasn't overly busy. It's a cute little spot with an open kitchen to see what's baking. There are only about 5 seats inside and another dozen outside. I had a café latte and, as is the case at so many places, lattes and cappuccinos are often mixed up. My latte had too much foam and not enough coffee & milk. The morning bun, something like the product of a croissant mating with a muffin, was very good (and quite crumbly) on the outer layers but a bit too soggy at the core. The "breakfast club" sandwich was quite delicious with jalapeno jelly, ham and cheese on a croissant. Unfortunately, the whole thing quickly fell apart and was a tasty mess.I'll go back to try more of the pastries and remind them how to make a latte.

The pastries are amazing here. 1st time tried it. The hot bake Almond croissant is hot and flaky good! The morning buns is yummy too. Will try the coffee next. Thanks for make my morning wonderful!Yvonne from California
