Laureano's Deli

This is definitely a hidden gem on the cusp of Carollwood and Busch. The staff is very friendly and the food is absolutely delicious. They serve a range of breakfast and lunch options from sandwiches to full breakfast platters to grab-n-go snacks and drinks. I got a steak sandwich with onions and papitas that's was incredible, the steak was well seasoned with melted Swiss cheese on buttered Cuban bread, it was the perfect lunch option!The place is spotless! The staff seem very dedicated to keeping a clean and sanitized environment. There was a hand sanitizing station and it, of course, required masks on and social distancing inside the deli, the staff wore masks and gloves as the handled food and took orders. The counter spaces and limited table seating were very clean and organized with various purchasable snacks and items. I'm happy I found this place I'll definitely be returning soon!

The best pupusas in town! This place is in the Twin Lakes office Park, and is a great little spot. You can take your lunch and sit outside by the little lake and enjoy their hot sauces with scenery.

I finally got to a new, hot place before my friend and fellow yelper Steve E. We decided to travel on the adventurous side and try something new that is close to the office. Well... what did I think?... Amazing food. I had a tasty and fresh beef empanada, chicken stew, red beans and rice followed by yummy chicken soup. The portions were generous too. Thank goodness they had take out containers I will have leftovers for sure. I will be back again. This is the best kept secret in our work neighborhood. No line and no waiting, but wait until word gets around. Ok now Steve E. It's your move run there now too. They also serve BREAKFAST and close at 4pm. They are in the center of a professional park with a nice view of a pond and a fountain. It's worth the trip. It's clean, new and fresh. You will thank me later.
