Cool, clean place and excellent breakfast/coffee! The perfect quick stop for me and my son on the way to Busch Gardens!

I love a brewery with great vibes and plenty of options! Late Start not only serves quality craft beer but also offers snacks, food, and coffee. While the exterior may resemble a General Store, the inside is inviting, and cozy. The vibe is pleasant, and the staff is friendly. Plus, with outdoor seating available, this weather makes it the perfect time to enjoy the space!Cheers!

Brewery Review - Name: Late Start Brewing - Beer: Santorini Nights Hazy Pale Ale - - IPA 5.5% ABV - - 3.9 score light mouthfeel, bright yellow - Aesthetics- large, airy, laid back - Service: Ordered at bar and sat at a table, helpful and efficient - Chairs- at the bar- soft, leather and cushioned, at tables a hard plastic but comfortable- Bathroom: green w/ white tiles, tropical, clean

The only disappointing thing about Late Start is how long I waited to go.It was a little crowded (and rightly so) but I didn't wait long for a place to sit. Had the deluxe boi and the rotating burger - the Hot Dang Rodeo boi. I love Nebraska Mini Mart but this is hands down a better burger for my taste.Crispy edges on the patty, great sesame seed bun. Just really well put together.Tried the crispy pickles - wonderful.And the Encore light lager had much more to it than I expected.I'll be back to try the chicky nugs and coffee soon.

Cool little place. Bartenders do a good job making sure you don't sit too long with an empty glass in front of you. The beers are ok, not great, but they're very drinkable. The smash burger is amazing! One of the best I've ever had. I'm not too crazy about the waffle fries though.I'd go back just for the burger , and I'm sure the beers will get better.

Everything went amazing ! The parking lot is a bit small but there is street parking . It's kinda weird bc it's on an actual street but it's Tampa! I particularly like that they didn't allow dogs inside. It's kinda hard to figure out the seating n ordering process when you first arrived but if you look up , there are big signs! They have an awesome selections of beers & the menu is pretty simple ! The food was delicious ! I loved my burger & the fries were delicious! My spouse really enjoyed his chicken sandwich ! He said it's better than chic fil a! It's a vibe there and it's pretty awesome view of the city looking out the window area! They have indoor & outdoor seating . Service is pretty fast ! I can't wait to come back & try more stuff!

Thank goodness for Yelp! So glad I found this cool place. Great atmosphere, we sat outside and ate lunch on a Saturday. You order at the bar. The bartender was great. Super friendly. Menu was brief but very good!

The cigar city cider apple pie was really good. I also enjoyed the reckless hazy DIPA, love a strong beer! Love the views of downtown this establishment provides. Service was top tier. I'm hoping to try the coffee on my next visit. Chicky Sando is the best chicken sandwich I have had in some time! No pets allowed. Definitely suggest visiting Late Start for the dope vibe, awesome drinks and food provided!

This spot is super cute. Atmosphere is really nice. Guys at the counter were very nice also. Super clean.When I walked in they had just opened the garage door so fresh air was running in. People were seated and on their laptops. We just ordered take out. Food was really good. My friend got a deluxe burger and I did the classic with waffle fries. We ordered single patties. We also ordered some fried pickles and those were delicious! The sauces are super tasty tooNext time I will for sure dine in and order the double patties.

Huge fan of Late Start and Mighty Fine! The staff is exceptional - in my experience, the bartenders take the time to know your name, spark conversation, and even introduce you to people around you (my recent Late Start experience was solo to watch the Bucs game at the bar, so maybe that's why, but regardless, it was awesome). I started with a pistachio milk cappuccino and ended with a smashburger and a liquid death. They have a ton of non-alcoholic bevvies for those who don't partake, ranging from energy drinks and sparkling waters to fruit sodas and CBD cans. I did try their sour on tap and apple pie cider on tap - I thought the cider was phenomenal and I liked the sour. The barstools were kind of uncomfortable for me to lean back and look up at the TVs to watch the game because the back is super short, but if that's my only nitpicking concern with the place, I'll certainly suck it up and enjoy. I can't wait to watch more games here, try more of their drinks, and keep upping my smashburger game. I sat at Late Start for over 4 hours - one hour with a friend at a table, and 3 hours alone at the bar, and it flew by. Not because the Bucs game was super interesting (we did win, in case anyone was wondering!) but because of the energy at this place, the friendliness of the staff (especially Tyler!) and the great food and drinks.I also love that when the weather's nice, they can open the big window/door and make it more of an open-air space. There's outdoor and indoor seating. A few easy parking spots out front if you're lucky, and otherwise a lot of other parking options nearby.
