The cheese is awesome but they shouldImprove with the customer service, is way better to pay to a good customer service person that have family members it people that doesn't know to treat customers or handle busy times.

Great menu and reputation for hearty sandwiches. We enjoyed ours. Was a little hard to find and not much to look at but they have some great food and specialty items. Friendly and prompt service. Seating available many pre order to go Worth a trip

We love this deli, best sandwiches we've found so far! We had Nathan's jumbo all beef hot dog, huge, juicy with generous amounts of toppings, a delicious ham and Swiss sourdough panini with a side of sweet light Amish southern style coleslaw , also a Troyer turkey breast and hot pepper cheese sweet Hawaiian panini that tasted like the sandwich version of a chicken smothered in Mexican queso, so good, a side of creamy Amish macaroni salad, amazing chips and every sandwich and hot dog came with a pickle, so generous! Awesome sandwiches! Great breads and soups! Wonderful service. Nice supply of pantry items...jams, puffcorns, bbq sauces, ect. And the cheeses and deli meats, yum, yum, yum!

If you live in or around Lake Wales and still go to Subway or Publix for a sandwich, STOP. Come here. Everything is amazing and reasonably priced. The Cuban and the Italian are my go-to's. You can't go wrong with anything really, though. They also have a great selection of authentic Amish cheeses and meats by the pound. Chips and sodas you haven't heard of. All around fantastic. Also very kind, family-oriented service.
