The food truck visited our apartment complex. Great flavors and food was delish!! They were fairly quick with the order. Everything ordered was very good.

My community got a little visit from this food truck last night. I got the Korean bbq wings and fries for my son, la santa salchipapas for my husband, lobster fries for myself, the tacos la santa to share and chicharon colombiano to share. I loved my food, it was soooooo delicious . Everything was so flavorful and cooked to perfection. Even though I was stuffed I kept eating because it taste so amazing! I would absolutely buy from them again

My rating is for the guys that bring their food truck all the way to Lakeland Amazon FC. I felt like doing business with them. I normally don't walk from my zone all the way out of the building for lunch. It's just a waste of energy. But i saw their menu in my Zone's break room n i took the long walk to the front. Went with; Tacos La Santa n the mango juice. They gave me a Smoothie n i was blessed! The Tacos were Facking delicious! Came with a consume i use to dunk my tacos in. Made the meal way better! I ate the Fack outa them tacos! One of my managers recommended me to pre order next time they are around. Ima order 6 tacos next time n want to try the empanadas to. The gentleman was patient n kind. I will definitely do more business with them. Im not putting the location of my work place on here. It would make it harder for my coworkers to order in time. We get "30" minutes. I say "30" cuz walk time is deducted, its like 25ish. Takes me 3-5 mins to walk from my Zone to the front. Theres two stop signs on the way. Pre ordering is a great option i will do it next time. I seriously recommend these food trucks.

La Santa Maria Kitchen Food Truck is a fun fusion food truck. From checking out their menu, their purpose is to have a "gastronomical adventure" through their plates.They separate their menu with different areas of the world.I ordered quesabirria tacos which is said to manage "La Cruda" (a hangover). That, I did not have but I will say is probably one of the most tastiest birria tacos I have had in a long time.We also ordered Colombian empanadas and salchipapas. They are typical Colombian street food dishes. They were excellent.We called in our order than picked it up where they were parked. It was easy, convenient, & friendly.Everything was perfection. So glad I was able to try them and I hope they come visit again soon!

Great food truck with lots of unique options. I started with an ube boba tea which was deliciously creamy and the boba was nice and chewy as I like. I also tried the shrimp bang bang. Everything is made fresh from the fries being fried per order to the fresh chopped ingredients so be ready to wait a bit for your food-but well worth the wait! The shrimp was perfectly fried and not too spicy bang bang sauce over a bed of golden fries. A large portion so come hungry! The lobster fries were similarly prepared with large chunks of golden brown fried lobster. Lots of flavors to win everyone over!

I've noticed the food truck in my community and finally decided to try. Tacos debarria are my favorite so I had to give it a try. Although I was surprised to see onions, the tacos were pleasant. Prices are a tad high but everything is these deals! If you spot the food truck in town, give them a try.

Came across Santa Maria in Channelside when I took my pup to the dog park. So glad I did, the Birria tacos are spot on with a great dipping broth. Had the Korean BBQ wings because another review here. Large and plump wings with a good crisp and a rich flavor. Look forward to eating here again!

the quesabirria tacos and shrimp bang bang are 11/10!!! The service was amazing, they were so kind, and the food was delicious! Highly recommend!
