This place was bumping with people when we went in and is some of the craziest and most interesting assortment of foods you can find. The best way you can describe is a snack bar for all of those cravings. They have everything from milkshakes, to nachos, popsicles, walking tacos, to ceviche. It was fantastic to see if all together. I got the Mexican vanilla milkshake and she was sturdy. It will definitely pack on some pounds or keep you full if that's what you are looking for. Employees were mostly some younger kids and super nice. They move through the line pretty quickly, only question is where to find a seat but everything was great. I'd say it's not an everyday but if you want a cheat day treat this is the spot to scratch the itch.5/5 would recommend to a friend!

I'm disappointed!!!! Me and my girls went to this place and it's horrible!! They had no order and would pick and choose who they would help. I asked for a fruit cup and they didn't have any fruit left!! And what they gave me was old fruit they had. The girls would give people a hard time mostly the one with heavy make up. Giving me an eye roll when I asked about iteams. She is here to work not socialize with her friends!!! The tables were dirty filled with dry ice cream. After I told the girls about the issue they didn't listen to me and I cleaned the table myself .I love Mexican ice cream but I love great service more! Plant city do better!

I have the most severe cravings right now for something spicy!!! And I love love love tajin and chamoy especially with mango ice. My sister in law told me about this place and how good it was and we made the drive. OMG!!! Was the drive worth it? YES! I was in heaven. They had soooo many options from mangonadas to chicharron to fresas con crema they have everything. I really wanted everything I ended up getting the mangonada and didn't regret it. It was sooo good and had extra chamoy like I asked lol. Can't wait to go back and try some other stuff.

Following a filling meal at Wasabi, our family headed over to La Michoacana Ice cream for dessert. My buddy Easton suggested it and we knew it was a good idea.It was a little busy when we walked in but boy did we beat the rush. They have ice cream, popsicles and some kind of savory dishes that are made in bags of chips. La Michoacana seems like a great late night stop for something sweet or savory. And everyone else knew it too.My wife got a scoop of the Ferrero in a cone and I got two scoops in a cup. The birthday cake and the Ferrero. Both were flavorful and sweet. The Ferrero was reminiscent of the candy, with hazlenut and chocolate. The birthday cake was bright blue and had the sweet cake taste I expected. My buddy also got a few of their popsicles to-go. I picked out a Limon flavor. They must have had more than 30 flavors in the case. Some were traditional, lemon, chocolate and then others more elaborate like strawberries and cream or oreo. They even had ones that were fruit-flavored and covered in spicy powder. I saw someone order a bowl of mango covered in Tajin. The Limon popsicle was excellent too. A zingy citrus flavor. Way more flavor than any store-bought popsicle. This was made fresh with lime juice and even had a lime slice in it.I'd go back here for sure. Quality, unique, house-made products that hit the spot. The line was to the door after we got our ice cream to be prepared to wait on a busy Friday night.

Authentic Cuisine #60. Mexican dessert. This dessert store is one of the kind. I was surprised to bump into it when I shop at this plaza. It has minimum 50 different dessert items that you can choose. The make up of the dessert is eye pleasing. I started with cucumber soft drinks to quench my thirst. The cucumber water was fresh and nice. We got esquite as salty dessert. It is the corn and cheese. It is warm and nice. I got the strawberry Fresada. It has chili powder, strawberry slice, some kind Mexican candy. The drink has strawberry smoothie. It is typical interesting drink. We also got the popsicle. It has fresh food. Many choices of popsicle. They also has churros ice cream. They also carry tapas like shrimp cocktail in Mexican style. One thing for sure. Your experience here will be one of the kind. It is not like your typical dessert that you normally have.

Love La Michoacana!! I don't necessarily know if this is a chain or franchise or what. But the first time, I've been to one was in Chicago. They are very bright colored and have all types of fun ice cream flavors. They also have Mexican desserts and street eats and popsicles(palettas), fruit drinks, mango desserts. All kinds of fun sweet yummy desserts here.Their ice cream can be quite unique like rice pudding and flan flavor. It's also sooo creamy.... my chocolate covered strawberry was sooo good!! I want another one. This is also in what seems to be a newer shopping plaza in Plant City!

First off, let me start out by saying, you have to come visit this place. You love ice cream with different flavors? You like to try something different other than your ordinary ice cream flavors? La Michoacana Ice Cream is your place. What makes this place awesome is thier authentic ice cream flavor from scratch. Have you heard strawberry chocolate cheesecake? A Churro split? Thier Hot Seller of course is thier Strawberry Cream Cake Shake as well as thier Mangonada. If your not into that, they also sell good tasting nachos and my favorite Chicharron Preparado. Think of it like loaded nachos, but with chicharron or pork grind full of good stuff. Check out my pictures to give you an idea.Staff is great and friendly. Ready to serve you. So go try them out. You won't be disappointed.

I visit this shopping center often for Marshalls and Michaels and noticed this ice cream shop at the other end of the plaza on my last visit. I don't know if it's been there a while and I'm just oblivious or if it's a new addition to the shopping center?! But I made a mental note to try it on my next visit and today was the day! When I walked in, it had that sweet beloved ice cream shop aroma. And it was noticably clean, bright and colorfully welcoming! I loved all the pinatas and banners hanging from the ceiling, the large seating area and the variety of sweet and savory snacks. This frozen treat shop was definitely more than just your average ice cream shop. They offer eclectic sweet treats like ice cream with churros, chocolate covered frozen bananas, aqua fresca, fresh fruit popsicles, mangonada and banana splits as well as savory treats like french fries, Dorilocos, chicarones, nachos & hot Cheetos to name a few (checkout the menus I posted as well!). They had an appealing array of hard ice cream choices. Including my all time favorite childhood favorite flavor like bubblegum ice cream! After a sample, I knew I was getting a small ice cream cone to enjoy as I finished shopping! It was as magical as I remembered! The girls behind the counter were very helpful and accommodating. I had a few questions as I'm not too fluent in Spanish and most of the menu is written in Spanish. I will be back for sure, there were several other treats begging me to try them!

Ever since Rachel M. posted a photo of her strawberry ice cream dipped in chocolate and rolled in nuts I have been wanting to visit La Michoacana Ice Cream. I called ahead of time to find out their hours of operation and their protocol in handling Covid-19. When we arrived there was only one other person in the store. We ordered asquilmales, a two scoop cup with coffee and strawberry ice cream and a banana split. The banana split had our choice of three different ice creams. We chose flan, rice pudding and salted caramel. The flan ice cream was my favorite. I highly recommend trying it. The asquilmales taste as good as it looked. The chocolate outside was thick and the nuts were plentiful.

A fantastic new ice cream shop in Plant City. They have all sorts of ice cream flavors, paletas, and Mexican desserts. I had a hard time choosing which paleta to get because there were so many. Ended up with the walnut one and it was so good. They have both milk and water based ones, so if you have a preference, you're in luck. The next time I visit I plan on trying their churro split (think banana split but with churros instead). This is a welcome addition to Plant City!
