DELICIOUS !!!! Had the meat tortellini and it was perfect - the servers are all so great !! Very clean inside and decorated so nice - what a great place !!!

Excellent Italian meal! 5 people in our party and not one dish that was disappointing! Lasagna and linguine and clams was excellent

Love this restaurant, awesome food and great staff. Tiramisu, lobster pasta, bolognese sauce, Caesar salad are not to be missed, yum!

The atmosphere is very nice. They have outdoor seating as well. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The wine selection was good. We ordered the calamari and shrimp appetizer. The breading was good but the calamari was a bit tough. Our entrees were excellent including the carbonara, Cacio e Pepe and gnocchi. The cannoli was exceptional. I would highly recommend La Dolce Vita Trattoria.

Finally I have made it! Definitely worth coming. Feels like stepping into Italia. Amo la musica Italiana . The server was very nice & attentive. Beautiful day outside sitting on the patio. Perfect Sunday! I shall return. The carbonara is excellent! True Carbonara made with guanciale di maiale (jowls). The texture is Perfetto - a Little crunch with full flavor! Fresh pecorino cheese & Al dente pasta. 5+ starts on the dish alone! For those who don't know..... There is no cream in carbonara! The bread is served with an oil dip with tomato and spice. Delicious! (Il pane viene servito con una salsa d'olio con pomodoro e spezie. Delizioso!) If you are looking for authentic Italian food this is the place. The wines are all from Italia. You may not always get a chance to go to Italia... Coming here gives you a bit of the taste which will bring you back for more, again and again!

We went here for a late lunch after going to Honeymoon beach. It was highly rated in Yelp so off we went.The ambience is European with small tables. The restaurant was clean and makes no effort at being modern, it wants that classic Italian feel.We started with a Caesar salad which was enormous. The quality of the ingredients was high and we enjoyed the salad.The kid had pasta and liked it; pasta was fresh and the red sauce was not acidic. The wife had veal marsala and loved it. The veal was tender and the sauce was very flavorful.I had the bolognese and liked it a lot. I thought the sauce was a bit sour but the quality of ingredients was high. Good quality meat was used. Pasta was fresh. Our server was efficient and professional. Overall, it was a very nice lunch. It's a bit pricey but we enjoyed our meal.

Probably one of if not the best Italian restaurant in the area. Food is absolutely WONDERFUL. (See photos) Nice wine selection. Service was fantastic. We did go early during the day so not too crowded. Only a 4 star because ambiance is just ok. I mean if we went on a weekend it would be packed. Small place so you'll be near folks. So...go early in the week and enjoy!

Superb Italian dining!The very best food and service in a quaint trattoria setting! Rudy is always ready to make your dining experience a delight! Great entrees/-we particularly like their pasta Scoglio (Pasta with shellfish). They bring fresh bread and sun dried tomato pesto to your table as you peruse all the delightful entrees and wines on the menu. (The Barbera Monchiero is our favorite wine but the Valpolicella and Barolo are also excellent!)Give them a try ...you won't be disappointed!
