I'd give 3.5 stars if I could. The Cuban sandwich was very tasty. The homemade roast pork on the sandwich is delicious. It's a very generous portion, and a very good value.Unfortunately, it was drowning in butter or margarine. I normally would never complain about too much butter. I love butter! This was overkill, and it made the sandwich very greasy, rich, and heavy. It didn't sit well in my stomach.I'd go back and order the same sandwich again, but it would have to be light on the butter spread. It was just A LOT. You don't need that much butter to give it a nice press. Maybe that's why I haven't been back in such a long time. I couldn't remember the reason. I may go back to get a roast pork platter or ropa vieja next time. The prices here are good.

Dragged here by our long time friends Mario and Yaci, it's reportedly the very best Cuban in Fla.This place isn't much to look at; once again don't judge a book by its cover.I'm not wild about the service, but don't much care. Food was served in a timely manner and it was very hot. They were right, the Pallomila Steak was a nice surprise. The Empanadas I sampled were flakey and flavourful. A bit light on the meat; I tried the Ropa Vieja and it was the same story, but still a knock out flavour.Try the Malta India, it's non-alcoholic; it's different but refreshing. They make a phenomenal Cafe con Leche.

Authentic Cuban cafe with very friendly service. My friend had the breakfast sandwich but adapted it to make it just veggie and it was so plentiful - egg, lettuce, tomato and cheese - plus a delicious guava and cheese empanada and Cuban coffee. I had plain Cuban toast and it was also delicious. Small menu but plenty to choose from. Casual place to walk in and have a quick authentic Cuban breakfast. I would go back!

Nestled within the vibrant streets of Tampa, I stumbled upon a hidden local gem that left me savoring the flavors of an authentic Cuban breakfast. The aroma of a hot Cuban Breakfast Sandwich greeted me as l entered the humble establishment. We had the pleasure of trying Western Cuba sandwich. This delightful creation consisted of a toasted Cuban western omelet sandwich with green peppers, onions, eggs and ham. The combination of the fluffy omelet and the crisp, toasted bread created a symphony of flavors that delighted my taste buds. Accompanying this delectable sandwich was a cup of handcrafted cafe con Leche, a true testament to the artistry of the local baristas. The velvety richness of the coffee, perfectly balanced with the creamy milk, created a harmonious blend that invigorated my senses. In a moment of culinary curiosity, I succumbed to the allure of a guava and cheese empanada. With each bite, the empanada revealed its true magic, as the guava and cheese melted in my mouth. The sweetness of the guava and the creaminess of the cheese danced on my palate, creating a symphony of flavors that I will forever cherish. Regrettably, my eagerness to savor this delectable treat caused me to forget capturing a photograph of its irresistible allure.Don't let the modest exterior fool you; this place is a culinary delight waiting to be discovered. The service was friendly and fast.

This is the cutest little café! Reminds me of when I was in Miami. I had the Cuban special and it was soooo yummy that my bf decided he didn't want what he got anymore and went and got himself a Cuban special also! Ofc we saved the food he didn't want for lunch for the following day but that just shows how yummy it was. Def recommend!

When I first walked in I was like this is a cute store I loved the decoration but the walls needed to be repainted it was peeling. Food tasted so good nothing was undercooked almost as if my mom cooked it herself. We were greeted as soon as we came in and she was patient while we were trying to figure out what we wanted to eat. I would definitely come back!!!!

Paid $29.86 for stuffed potatoe, flan, Pernil, Costillas y Arroz frito. A bit pricy and food wasn't that good second time there I gave it the benefit of the doubt but I was correct the first time.... NEVER AGAIN!
