Another day, another bakery! This Puerto Rican bakery serves authentic Puerto Rican sweets and sandwiches, and they also have another location in Tampa. The space is spacious with plenty of indoor seating, and the service was quick and efficient.I tried the media noche sandwich made with their sweet pan sobao bread, along with their coffee and a cheese pastry. The pastry was huge and tasted really good, but the texture was a bit off for me. It was overly flaky, which made it messier than usual to eat. Don't get me wrong--it was still delicious, just a little harder to manage! As for the sandwich, it didn't quite hit the mark. It wasn't bad, but it felt like it was missing something--maybe just a better balance overall of the ingredients. That said, I think the prices here are great, especially considering the portion sizes. I'd definitely come back to try other sandwiches and explore more of their sweet treats. There's a lot on the menu that looks promising!

4.5 stars for La Creacion. This bakery is not big. But it has a sandwich that not many Puerto Rican carry. The Las De Cayey is a special sandwich with Mallorca bread. This bread dust with sugar powder. It comes with ham and cheese insert. Very delicious. We also got the regular flan that rich in milk base. This is an indulgent dessert. We also got the tamarind juice. Not sour at all. Lovely drink. All good are good. Service is good too.

I've been here several times but usually for just a coffee and pastry. I happen to be in the area and decided to try it for lunch. As always it did not disappoint. I got their version of a Cuban sandwich. The sandwich was pressed nicely and filled with meat and cheese. I also got a quesito, which I split with a friend. It was so much that I ended up taking half of it home. Service is fine as they make everything to order. So don't be in a rush. As for the ambiance, well it's very simple. Latino music and that's about it. The place is decorated cute and there are many pictures of PR on the wall.

It's great to finally have a Puerto Rican bakery in Brandon. Especially one that knows how to make mallorca pastries. It's hard to find them here, and I've never seen one with cheese and guava. This was a first for me and it was delightful. The only other mallorcas I've had were on the island at La Bombonera in OSJ and at Panificadora Pepin. Heck, I don't even remember seeing them in Miami back when I was a kid. I just remember Mom saying that no one knows how to make them like they do in Puerto Rico. She was right. Well, these are very close to what I remember although these are a little bit thicker than the ones I've had. I'll definitely go back for these pastries. The café con leche was pretty good too. The sandwiches were good but I have to agree with Carlos. I've had better sandwiches in the area for better prices. Also, they ran out of pan de aqua the day I was there. All they had was pan sobao for sandwiches. I do like sweet bread but I wasn't in the mood for a sweeter type of sandwich bread. The pork on the Cubano was tasty but there was very little lettuce and tomato. The Yunque Tripleta is made with your choice of meat. It was very filling, but I couldn't taste any difference between the steak and the pork. Not that it mattered but it could have been any kind of meat because it was all chopped up together. It's similar to what you'd get at the food trucks in Puerto Rico but less meaty and small. I also got 2 empanadas (chicken & beef). The chicken was the better of the two. I really liked it and would get it again. The passion fruit drink was also very good. I did see that they will be offering chicken guisado and other platters with rice and beans. They didn't have any the last 2 times I was there. I'll update this review once I try it. They have breakfast. They open at 7:00 am which is wonderful. There will be more visits, but not on a Saturday when it's super busy. The service was friendly and welcoming. You order at the counter and they will call your name when it is ready. You may get a pager/buzzer if they have one. It depends on how busy they are that day. The wait for food coming out of the kitchen can take a very long time on a busy Saturday. Keep that in mind if you're in a hurry. There's plenty of dining space inside so you might as well sit down and wait for your food.

We stopped by on a Sunday after church and walked right up to the counter to order. We ordered a cuban, cuban swiss cheese toast and a light and bold cafe con leche. We were given a pager and admired all the doughnuts and other sweet treats in the display case. My light coffee needed no sugar but the bold we added a little bit. They were both smooth and delicious. The cuban with the pulled pork was very good but a bit salty. The cuban toast was also great. We came just in time as the line started and did not slow down the entire time we were there. It is not a fancy place by any means but the service was very good and they were friendly. This may be our new Sunday morning coffee and toast spot.

I purchased some pastries and they were all good. I'll definitely be back to try some of the lunch items. The restaurant was cozy and the service was okay.

Food is good and has great value for the price. The environment is nice and clean. The workers are authentic Puerto Rican and really add to the essence of the place. The only downside I can notice is this bakery only serves cheap acidic coffee, I've ordered it multiple times and it has always included dirt-like residue collected at the bottom.

I stopped by for lunch to look around. Did not notice that they had hot fresh sandwiches. I ordered a Cuban Sandwich fresh and hot the pork was so seasoned to perfection like my mom would do. Something sweet Mallorcas with guava and cream cheese. Excellent it's huge 3 people could share. This place is in Brandon, FL

Definitivamente no regreso.

Food is great. Not so much for the service. Excellent when they first opened but has slowly gone down hill from there. Had to wait more than 20 mins for a cheese toast and a juice. There was only one party ahead of me. Staff doesn't seem as happy as they used to be. Hopeful that it will be different next go around.
