This place is small, cash only, hot inside, and quite tasty! There is an ATM if you don't have cash but please note, it charges $3 for a withdrawal. We got our food to go and that's what I recommend to you. Two ladies are taking orders by phone and in person while they cranked out zillions of fresh tortillas. They had a huge bin of masa and were measuring, pressing and grilling the tortillas by hand!I had to wait a bit since there was a line and a significant number of phone orders with people coming in to pick up. But hey, it was Cinco de Mayo! We couldn't even get in to the first Mexican restaurant we tried but this plan B worked out just fine!My wonderful wife really enjoyed her authentic cochinita pibil tacos that come with an amazing, flavorful and spicy hot sauce sauce on the side. I got a burrito for tomorrow and I ordered a quesadilla but it tasted like tacos and wasn't grilled. I need to work harder on my Spanish because I suspect my order wasn't clear but no complaints from me! Some of the dishes come with guacamole and sour cream on the side which helped cool down the hot sauce. The beef empanadas and my so-called steak (the same beef as other items) were quite bland so the hot sauce is necessary for sure. Salt would also help. We also got a large horchata which was nice and cool and flavorful. Life is good with authentic tacos! Just stay away from plain beef or chicken.

Amazing tacos! And the hot sauce is amazing, tortillas are so flavorful even on their own!(: haven't had any issue with any of the ladies that work here, all great people! Small little business with 3 tables for 10 people

Very good tacos! we went today Al pastor, carnitas and sheep meat were very tasty and the salsa is with chard peppers (salsa taquera) that goes with everything!

This food is just SOOO good! My friend and I had lunch here today. We hadn't been here for awhile and simultaneously bit into our tacos carnitas, groaning with the yumminess! We also had beef tostadas...so good! And we topped it of with Mexican Coke, which really does taste better. Service is great. Limited seating, but the tables turn over pretty quickly. Can't recommend this place enough!

Best tacos in Clearwater. Period. I've lived in Southern California and Las Vegas, both of which are known for good tacos. My standards are very high. When I'm craving tacos I want tender carnitas, homemade tortillas, homemade smooth salsa verde, the right amount of cilantro and onion. And here they are ALWAYS perfect. They have lots of other stuff that I'm told is amazing. But I always get the tacos and I can definitely speak about them.

Best Mexican food in area! Everything is fresh and tortillas being made fresh right in front of you. Bring cash.

Hands down the best authentic Mexican place. I've had many other "street tacos" from other places in my life and you just can't beat them! I also love their beef empanadas!!! Best hole in the wall place. Definitely go if you are ever in the area!

The most amazing tacos you have ever eaten! So good! Whole in the the wall restaurant? You know, the ones that don't care about the decorations but they really care about their food quality. Those are the restaurants I love best. I absolutely hate it when it's the other way around. Good family recipe with lots of love and soulBring cash they don't take cards.

The best Mexican Restaurant in Clearwater and maybe in all of Florida. Freshly prepared, even the tortillas are hand made in the restaurant. Great variety and authentically presented.
