Good food. The Oxtails and Rice were fresh even at 8/9pm on a Friday. The staff was down to earth and very accommodating with the service and helping out with the menu.

Please be careful eating at this restaurant, the food quality is not always fresh please do not order Legume / vegetables unless it was freshly made you will get food poisoning. The service varies depending on who is at the restaurant taking orders , some of the time orders are not polite and can be inappropriate with its customers and there is no ambiance it's a order to go , and pick up

I had an hour and a half wait. I called in the food and they said it would be 30min so I got there and had to wait almost another hour for the food. When I got the food home the rice and pikliz was so dry but the griot was good. I was here when it first opened and the food was a little better which is why I wanted to give it another try. I just feel like the food was okay but definitely not worth the long wait.

This Haitian restaurant is new in the Tampa Bay area. It's been open only for a couple weeks now and I was super excited to try it as they brand themselves as a "upscale" Haitian restaurant. I always recommend going to Caribbean restaurants early in the day or an afternoon and avoid later times towards their closing... only because your chances of your food being fresh is higher. Once I arrived to klass restaurant I was super excited to see how clean it was there was music playing the person at the front desk was super welcoming and they also had contact less menus. My boyfriend and I went with the griot complet and fritay platter. The rice and griot could have been a little more fresh but I do understand that we showed up a little close to closing time but nonetheless , everything was pretty tasty. They do fritay specials on Saturday's and I'm excited to try them again.

Restaurant bathroom is filthy roaches are basically running the place. The service was terrible be carful when ordering verify your order before leaving restaurant.

This place overcharges to the extreme. $7.00 for a couple of fried plantains is highway robbery. $59.00 for a fried fish plate and $13.00 for a side of mac & cheese is ridiculous. Most 4-5 star restaurants have cheaper dishes.
