Really good Russian/Ukrainian store. Lots of good food, such as fish, meats, and deserts. Specially we love their own made cottage cheese.

Great little store. The owner was very nice and helpful! Their In-house made bread was delicious. And he had some waffles he offered to try before buying the whole bag. They were fresh and delicious!

Great Russian products that are very fresh. Pelmeni are the best! Also would recommend hand made farmers cheese.

No stars if I had my choice. Went there to find whole wheat berries for traditional Ukranian Christmas soup, and man who offered to help tried to sell us barley (name was in Ukranian, but my mother can read Ukranian). When we told the helper it wasn't wheat, it was barley, the helper told us they "only sold high-end products". We left, insulted. Won't return.

I have been to this store only couple times, as I work in Clearwater and there is another Russian-Ukrainian store about 5 m away from my work. I kind of understand the point of the person who gave it 1 star because regardless of where you grew up and live, if you have your own business, you need to make sure you are friendly to every single person who enters your business and leave your bad habits at home. My experience was ok. The guy wasn't rude but wasn't friendly either. I got couple things I needed and left. When I go to the other store, the owner smiles, talks, etc. but I also understand that everyone is different. It's a relatively small community of European immigrants, comparing to NY or LA, so people do, talk and few of my friends had the same complaint about the owner. I love their bread and caviar is delicious. I would though think twice about coming there because of customer service. It is my honest review. I do understand that it's difficult to adjust to a different way of doing things, but if you want to succeed, you must change. I might give it another chance and stop by since it super close to my house.
