I almost decided not to write a review but this experience just keeps going through my head and I have to share it . We went for the all you can eat boneless, as posted on their Facebook page just 8 hours before we went to eat. Cash only was also postedMe and my wife arrived at 7:20 pm. Sat down because my daughter and her family were going to eat there as well. After sitting for 15 minutes with not one person coming over to ask if we wanted drinks while we were waiting for them to get there. I ended up asking the bus boy to get a server for us. His response was. I'm just a bus boy what can I do. So I said ok and got up and asked for a server myself. The owner came by and said are we not waiting for other people. I responded by saying yes but we are thirsty. I placed my drink order with him for me and my wife. At 7:45 daughter arrived. I still have not gotten my drink or a server besides the owner. At 7:55 drinks came in. And still no server. My daughter's party still did not get to order. At 8:15 a server finally came over and started to take our orders. Wouldn't you know that they're not doing endless boneless. Said they were out. But you can order boneless off the menu, So 8:20 we all ordered. Separate checks. 9:05 comes still no food. Place was pritty much cleared out, server came over and said sorry we don't have the sauce you ordered. I originally said forget it I don't want mine. But gave in and got a different sauce 9:20 rolls around food starts coming out. I got my salad wilted and partially freezer burn or frozen. I sent that back. Other guest had same experience with her salad and sent it back, At this point server only came over 1 times after. The food is always good there. We order to go all the time. This dinning experience was horrible. Owner made no effort to rectify the situation. He actually never came back after I complained My bill was forced to add gratuity even tho it was just me and my wife. This was at best one of the most aggravating food experience we have had, Way over charged us and forced to have poor service and poor quality food. More than likely the last time we will order from them. And the only cash draws issues as well. Not good customer service if they intend on having repeat business.

Ordered 50 wings for delivery with 3 sauce options. Ordered extra sauce. 1 soufflé cup is what came with it. Super dry wings and no meat on them. Super disappointed

They charge extra for a Philly Cheesesteak when cheese is literally in the name. But the most aggressive thing is that the customer can't order food the way they like it, if you like your wings extra crispy or even done then don't go here. The skin is so gross and non-edible. 15 minutes is all they will fry it for whether it's done or not.

The three of us stopped at Kickin Wingz today for lunch. We were the first ones in, which was very nice because the place is usually packed. This was my first visit there and I was very impressed. They have dozens of TVs for you to watch sports or whatever you want to watch the floors were spotless. The atmosphere was very nice. They played great music. The staff was really awesome great personality and welcomed us when we came in and seated us right away. The food was delicious and I think there was plenty of it. The pricing was reasonable for the three of us for what we had. There's plenty of parking. There's handicap spots available and handicap seating areas available. They had a number of different pinball machines against one wall they had an area for cornhole game to be played and other different types of arcade games that a party could enjoy. Off to the other side there was another room that had a stage so they have music there. We enjoyed our meal and we enjoyed the playful banter between us and the staff, and they made us feel very welcome. If you haven't tried kicking wings, I highly recommend it. And if you'd like spicy dips for whatever it is, you're eating, I had the chicken tenders, and if you're used to eating spicy foods, then go for something that has more than three chili peppers. We had to keep trying hotter and hotter and hotter until I finally found one that was just right. Great staff I'd highly recommend you give him a try.

Stay away from this place and go to Rookies instead. Can't handle a little criticism then block you from their Facebook page after years of being a customer I'll pass.

Hadn't been here in forever. I used to get delivery years and years ago (before grub hub or Uber was a thing). Reading reviews I have been slightly hesitant to try it again. In the past delivery driver was rude but wings were good. Fast forward:Inside wasn't terrible. Sports bar vibe. Sorta busy. Waitress was nice. Wings... they looked great. The sauce was hot (wild). Flavor? Eh, they weren't terrible but they weren't great. Not sure what it was about it but there was more heat than flavor. The cool on the wings was ok. Fries.... Wow these were terrible. Actually, the flavor was great, the fact that they were crazy soggy, greasy and undercooked was the problem. Too bad because I remember when this place was just a food truck before the original location near US19 and the wings were phenomenal. Not anymore. Three stars because service was way better than the reviews had suggested.

Get ready for a short pour on your shot. Food is your average bar fare no complaints - food daily specials.

Went for burger and Philly today vs wings ... did not disappoint! Served hot and great portion sizes French hot ! Typical sports bar atmosphere ... Server was excellent and well attentive Tables clean ... a great go to place

I went to Kickin Wingz on Monday, 02/03/25 for dinner around 6:30. After being seated by my server (who didn't seem thrilled to see me), Michelle brought me a menu and some silverware and took my drink order. They were out of Tea, which seemed a bit early to be out? So, I settled for a soda. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with fries and mayo on the side. Food runner brought out my sandwich but forgot the mayo. Michelle noticed that immediately and got the mayo. The chicken was a little over cooked and I would have liked some mustard, but my server never returned to ask me how my food was or if I needed anything. After I was clearly done, Michelle returned to see if I wanted dessert or a refill. I did not. Then it took over 20 minutes to get the check, and another 5 to check out. Not the worst experience I have had at a restaurant, but it definitely could have been better.

The wings felt and tasted like they were half cooked. The boom boom sauce was bland. We were going to take them home and doctor them up, but after 20+ min of waiting we had to track someone down to get boxes and our receipt. We'll go back when they are the very last wings place in NPR.
