I really wanted to see what the hype was about. We were disappointed I'm sorry my chicken didn't taste fresh . The bones of the chicken was dark. Shimp and fries were great. Easy to pull in to gas station and the service was great. I personally don't think I will return.

As someone from Baltimore, I've often bragged about my city's unbeatable chicken boxes, but this little spot took me by surprise.The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the mouthwatering aroma of delicious fried chicken wings and golden, crispy fries. I decided to give it a try, and I can honestly say that the experience exceeded my expectations. The chicken wings were perfectly seasoned and fried to crispy perfection, rivaling some of the best I've had back home. Each bite was juicy and packed with flavor, making it hard to stop at just one!The fries were equally impressive--hot, crispy, and seasoned just right. They were the perfect companion to the wings, and I found myself savoring every single bite. It's incredible to think that such culinary delights are available in a gas station, making it an unexpected culinary treasure.If you find yourself passing through, do yourself a favor and stop for a bite. This gas station is not just a place to fuel up your car--it's a spot where you can fuel up your appetite with some of the tastiest fried chicken you could imagine! I'll definitely be coming back, and I might even say it's a serious contender for the best chicken I've ever had!The only downside is they are closed on Sunday and Monday!

Perfectly fried chicken. They have a pretty large menu so lots to choose from. It's pretty impressive how much food they can pump out from such a small place. Located within a gas station and still the ease of ordering was pretty quick and simple. Very nice ladies and quick service. I'll have to become back to try their seafood.

Hands down?Ah-May-Zing tasting fried whole chicken wings. I am from Chicago and I know good food. Unfortunately, it's very hard to find that in the south, yet Kay's seems to have real Chicago cooks working for them or at least familiar with our recipes in frying good chicken. What topped it off well is that powdery substance (loved it)! Also, the sauce is bussin'. My family had shrimp and fries and they ate every bite as well with fingers licked off an Uber eats order lmao. Thank God we've found this place because we order food a lot. We give it 5/5 stars here!

I stopped to get gas and saw a sign for 'Kay's Kitchen' which I had heard of before. So I went inside and ordered 6 whole fried wings and fries. The wings were made fresh, so there was a little wait. The wings were good!! They were juicy and crispy and the fries were crunchy and seasoned to perfection. I would have liked a little more salt on the wings, but all in all they were really good! They came with a sauce which made the wings even better. I'll definitely go back for more!

Heard about this place years ago when they were a food truck but never tried. 100% my loss until now! So good went back the next day and ordered the same plus more. Prices are within reasonable range and just somewhere you have to try! Granted it's in a gas station but who cares it's that good!!!

In town from Chas SC visiting inlaws strolling IG & Kay's pops up right. I tell my wife when we go to shopping I'd like to try Kay's Chicken Kitchen. The only mistake I made is not ordering enough food. HOLY S*** the wings are that GREAT! When I asked for ketchup the young lady professionally & correctly explained "we don't do ketchup, sauce is in the bag sir" she was so right. 5 stars plus on everything wings, fries & sauce. My wife told me to order more food but I regretfully didn't. A mistake I'll never make again. I highly recommend Kay's Chicken Kitchen wish y'all could come up to Charleston SC.

Food is amazing if you are looking for a taste of the Chi Kay's kitchen is the place to be the service is always great the atmosphere is good as well drop and get you a six piece and give your mouth a party

Awesome so glad right in Ruskin any Chicagoans looking for the whole chicken wings this is the place to go the sauce is legit true Chicagoan's need to go try if you want da best wings from Chicago and they have the pizza puffs too also okra is out of this world
