Food always excellent. Very clean and the owner and staff are super nice. He even offered to translate anything we were not familiar with. Great Cuban sandwich and burgers. Great cafe con leche

DE-LI-CIOUS!!!!!!! OMG this is the place to go if you are hungry for great Peruvian food. The owners are so nice and friendly and the food -again- was superb!!!!!!! the steak had a nice seasoning and the cilantro rice was amazing. The presentation was great and from there we assumed the food would be delicious. We were not wrong! Other Peruvian restaurants lack the kind of service these people have along with the amount of food served which for the price, was on par. The most important thing to point out: THEY OPEN AT 11 AM (that's what got me to order from them in the first place. we could not wait unti 12 pm to get our lunch) Anywho, it's located on E Yukon St., but well worth the trip over there. you will not complain. None of us 4 people complained at all. We are definitely going to order from them again!! Great job Kanka's!

I'm taking lunch and dinner in this restaurant because every day when I came to Tampa for work -Food, excellent, really good.-service good-excellent and clean.-Price is really affordable.I highly recommend this restaurant!!

A total gem! A new favorite . Varied menu. Excellent food. Hot , fresh , friendly Great service. We came for the Peruvian menu , incredible roast chicken. The chaufa(mixed rice ) was excellent. They have good fries, excellent tamales (huge , fresh and excellent empanadas. Salad was excellent. . We even tried the fresh juices. Awesome. at a very reasonable price. We've come back four times and it does stay excellent.
