The ice cream is Yoder's from down in Sarasota, so it's pretty tasty. The Banana Cream Pie was nasty banana flavored. The Rum Raisin and Sea Turtle were both good. The problem is the location. It's tucked into the corner of one of, if not the, sketchiest shopping centers I've been to in Spring Hill. It's next to a game parlor, what appears to be a huge compounding pharmacy, and is across from a bar. The parking lot is a train wreck with heaved pavement and standing water. There is no reason for a family to come to this shopping center and it doesn't feel safe. We won't be back with Tipacanoe right down the street.

Amazing ice cream , great service , great location . This is a great spot to come enjoy some ice cream. Escape the hot sun and go enjoy a privately owned company business . The owners are amazing people with great hearts and very involved with their business they aren't the behind the scene type of guys .
