First timer, everything was delicious. The ambiance was quite plain but sturdy. Service was very good. All the ingredients were fresh and station was very clean and tidy. I was really hoping for more of a mom and pop place with maybe some street tacos but the really seem to be going after more of like a moe's type commercial feel.

Better than Chipotle, but these places are almost all the same. Prices were affordable so makes it a solid option.

I went to Juans for dinner with the family. It's got a fast food feel, where you order at the counter and then go up to get your food when it's done. The flavor was okay, but bland for mexican food. I felt like I could have made the same thing at home and th prices were a little high IMHO. I would go to Chipotle instead.

Love the tacos and they have the best nachos ever because they make them right there you can even eat them plain they still taste good! The staff is friendly and they have a special on the tacos on Tuesdays, TacoTuesday's.... Variety you can have beef tacos, chicken tacos or shredded pork tacos, I have to go at least once a week!

My wife and I brought our sons to Juan's on a Saturday right after they opened, and my first impressions were, "Wow, it's immaculate in here." We were the day's first customers and were quickly greeted by the folks behind the counter. The menu is simple, so it didn't take long to figure out what we wanted. I ordered a chicken burrito, and my wife ordered a burrito bowl with steak and a drink and chips for each of us.The drink area was also spotless and well-organized. We got our drinks, and by the time we returned to the counter, our food was ready. It's easy to compare Juan's with Moes and Chipotle because those are the two "big guys" that compete with Juan's. However, I won't do that because there's no comparison. The food was better, fresher, and had more significant portions than the other guys. Additionally, it was cheaper, the service was better, and the store was spotless. Even the bathrooms were well taken care of.I don't really have any complaints about Juans, but I wish they gave you more chips or allowed you to return and get more. I would also like to see a few more salsa options, but all that is mostly a personal preference.So anyway, I'm sorry Moes, but you're dead to me. At least the Moes in Oldsmar. While delicious, the store is always dirty, but that's another review.

Fabulous!!!! Had a Saturday lunch there and it was DELICIOUS!! Originally we had set out for Chipotle (but I was able to detour the family to something way better).Ordered:Kid's burrito- bean cheese and riceBig burrito- pork, beef, and spicy chicken (husband got to try 3 different meats in the burrito)Quesadilla- pork was the meat I chose and the quesadilla was wonderfulThe consensus was the pork was the best meat.Tried the mild, medium, spicy salsas--- husband said the spicy was good and the mild & medium were fine. Nothing to write home about.Ordered guac and chips too. Guac was great!We will be back.

What can I say? Juan's is the steady Eddie of fast casual Mexican food. My go to order is the Steak Nachos. I love that I can pick my toppings and personalize my meal. If I can suggest one thing, it would be to add black olives to the line up. The prices are reasonable for the portion sizes. The restaurant is always clean, and the staff is friendly. I started to eat my Nachos before I took the picture.
