I don't like Kobe's Steak house I would 1000% recommend JoTos to anyone. I was so hesitant at first but oh boy their drinks are aaamazing , service and servers beyond amazing after having such a rough day at work and them not even knowing it was phenomenal...

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Their plumbing is an issue, that's why they randomly "close early". Constantly backing up and flooding the business next door also. All the reviews on here that say it's filthy...because waste water is probably overflowing into their restaurant as well. So enjoy sitting there eating knowing that literal toilet water has been on the floor and probably not cleaned properly. Disgusting.

Apparently this place doesn't have sushi...Call this place to do a to go order and they don't do togo . I asked to see if they had sushi and they said they did not do you not have sushi... it's on the menu .

Anytime I have the desire for Japanese food I head directly to Jo tos. I was going once a month. If I could I go once a week. It's delicious. Better than any Japanese steakhouse in town. It's too bad it's not a little more beautiful, but what they lack in luxury they make up for once the food is made.

The service and food was good. Our group had shrimp and filet which were cooked as expected. The strange thing was the rice which we were given less than half of what has typically been provided in the past. Just odd to see that food reduced significantly which disappointed my husband. Otherwise, we had a good experience.

I cannot recommend this place. It had to be the most unsanitary. We watched the typical press to clean the grill but the next part was horrible. The cook used a rag that had been used on other surfaces and then cooked our food. Everything tasted and smelled like an old dirty rag. In addition everyone shared the steak preference; however her cooked everyone steak the same.

Amazing food and great atmosphere. Yes there are 1 star reviews complaining about cleanliness but for a restaurant that has been in the area for 20 plus years you have to accept some places don't renovate. It was clean, service was amazing and attentive Chloe took great care of us. And our cook was great entertainment.

We have been going here for many years. Food is always good, but there needs to be some management here. All workers seem very overworked, and there's never enough cooks or waitresses. Always a long wait, even with a reservation. Always very hot inside. Fans are extremely loud and need replaced. Always closing early and the place needs an a deep cleaning and updates.No one wants to feel like a burden when they they go out to eat. Why does no one want to work here? Underpaid? Overworked?Tonight, the same lady was bartending, hosting, and waitressing.....ridiculous. This was one of our favorite places but it's not fun anymore and I'm afraid to eat the food any longer. I feel sorry for the people who work here.

This place has REALLY gone down hill. Usually, only 1 waitress working and also trying to tend the bar; RIDICULOUS. Management/Owners is too cheap to hire more employees and upgrade the EXTREMELY loud fans or update interior. Need to hire someone old enough to tend the bar, not make the overworked waitresses do that as well.Always a very long wait because they do not have more than a couple cooks or waitresses (which is not their fault). The Covid excuse can only be used for so long. Have saw several people walk out because of the wait, the last couple times we've tried to eat here (including us).Usually came here a few times a month. :(
