I came here with my girls for an early Galentine's Day. One of my girls had to cancel last minute at 11 PM the night before. Our reservation was at 10:00 AM. We were just going to eat the cost since it was late notice. They were very kind to waive our cancellation fee and didn't charge us for the spot. I made sure to make it up in gratuity! One of my girls is gluten free and was asked if it was okay if their food was served on the tiered tower with the other foods. The tea room is pretty big and can sit several parties. We did the Afternoon Tea Experience. We each chose a tea and got a personal pot of it to ourselves! It was more than enough. I got the white strawberry basil but I actually enjoyed my friend's white peach more. The starter salad was refreshing. You get 1 and a half sandwich. The egg salad on croissant was super yummy and the cucumber cream cheese is a tea time classic. The scones were soft and weren't as hard as normal scones were. It was almost like a cookie texture which I enjoyed greatly. I was stuffed and couldn't even get to the top tier with desserts. I took most of my pasteries home. Our group was actually the loudest (sorry other guests!). Our timing was perfect because as we were leaving a birthday party arrived and of course was louder than our small group. Go early! Overall it was a fun tea time themed experience! It's more fun to dress up. I would go again and would recommend the experience to everyone.

Definitely the cutest tea spot to hang with friends! I loved the atmosphere, almost like Bridgerton vibes. The tea was probably my favorite part, especially with the large array of tea choices (flavors, caffeine levels, etc).I tried the ham salad sandwich with chips, peanut butter brownie, and lemon berry mascarpone cake. Overall the food was okay. I thought the brownie and cake were a little too dense, but the flavor was good overall. I would definitely come back again for the experience/ambiance.

A delightful afternoon tea experience. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a warm and inviting ambiance that perfectly blends modern elegance with cozy charm. The decor is vibrant and eclectic, featuring bright colors and unique touches that make the space feel both sophisticated and fun. The service at Joseph's Tea is exceptional. Despite being a bit short-staffed during our visit, the team was attentive and friendly. We were welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine and a menu, which set the tone for a relaxing afternoon. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, even bringing us chocolate-covered strawberries as a special treat. The quality of the tea and food pretty good although it was easier to learn about the teas in the menu rather than looking each one up in their website. There is an extensive selection including classic black teas, greens, whites or more exotic blends, there's something to try. The tea is brewed to perfection, and the flavors are rich and aromatic. The food is equally impressive. We started with a refreshing berry salad, followed by a variety of sandwiches. While the sandwiches were tasty, I would have preferred a greater variety of smaller portions to sample more flavors. The chicken salad, nut butter, cucumber and cream cheese, and tuna salad sandwiches were all delicious, though they leaned more towards hearty than traditional finger sandwiches. The scones, or rather the scone-like treats, were a highlight. They had a delightful texture, more akin to a muffin or cookie, and paired wonderfully with the tea. The desserts were also a treat, with a range of options that catered to different tastes and dietary preferences. Overall, Joseph's Tea offers a wonderful afternoon tea experience that is both relaxing and indulgent. The ambiance is charming, the service is attentive, and the quality of the tea and food is excellent. It's a perfect spot for a leisurely afternoon with friends

I visited Joseph's Tea Room and had an exceptional experience. The chamomile lavender tea was soothing and perfectly brewed, with a delicate floral note that made each sip a delight. The supreme chicken salad was fresh and flavorful, offering a great balance of textures and tastes. The Joseph nut butter sandwich was both unique and satisfying, with a rich, nutty spread with banana slices that was delicious. The scones were light, flaky, and served with an array of delightful accompaniments. To top off the experience, they surprised me with a red velvet cupcake for my birthday, which was a sweet and thoughtful touch. The tea room itself is charmingly decorated with a quaint, cozy ambiance that enhances the overall experience. The vintage-inspired decor, soft lighting, and elegant furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere that feels both relaxing and special. Overall, Joseph'sTea Room provided an impeccable tea experience with attentive service, delicious offerings, and a delightful setting. Highly recommended for a charming and memorable tea outing.

Joseph's Tea Room is a beautiful and whimsical place to enjoy a wide variety of teas with finger sandwiches, scones, and/or bite-sized desserts. You can order a la carte or choose from their tea experiences. They offer gluten-free and vegan options for an upcharge. If you have food allergies, please let them know when you're making a reservation.I love that this tea room is a family-owned business. You can see all of the personalized touches on all of the decor, and the service is kind and friendly. They're extremely knowledgeable about teas, and they take their time to help you choose the right tea.I have visited twice. The first time, I opted for the Deluxe Afternoon Tea Experience, which included champagne with chocolate covered strawberries. On my recent visit, my bestie and I opted for the Afternoon Tea Experience for $38. For my gluten-free upgrade, there was an upcharge of $4. The Afternoon Tea Experience includes a pot of tea, Berry Delight Salad (if you have a walnut allergy like I do, please let them know before ordering), 1-1/2 sandwiches (you choose), scones, and bite-sized desserts served with jam and clotted cream. I highly recommend making a reservation for their Afternoon Tea Experience or Deluxe Afternoon Tea Experience AT LEAST on your first visit. This is the best afternoon tea that I've experienced outside of London!Follow me on Instagram: @thehangrypaleo

We live this place. It's our third time coming for a grandmother, mother, daughter Christmas time tea. The staff is always personable. The tea is wonderful (especially Classic Earl Grey). We enjoy the assortment of sandwiches and desserts but we love the various scones! Perfect place to bring your young daughter (or son) to teach them proper dinning/tea etiquette.

I really wanted to love this place. The interior is beautiful. I wanted to try this place out with my adult daughter because I envisioned us and my daughter-in-law coming here together for an afternoon tea.Unfortunately it fell short and I am not sure I will be returning. I have done an afternoon tea before so my comparison may be the one to stick to.The actual problem with this place for me is the food. The tea was very good. The waitress was fine but our lunch was a big disappointment. There are many places offering better. I feel this place has the potential but they have to be willing to change some things. We ordered sandwiches for lunch and the menu says they are prepared on your choice of bread. It turns out the choices are white, wheat or a croissant. I am not kidding when I say there is absolutely nothing special about the breads at all...they taste like any inexpensive store bought bread.. My daughter liked her ham salad sandwich but I found my chicken salad sandwich to be pulverized into baby food consistency. I have never had chicken salad like that before. The only side option offered is chips... regular or kettle. At a tea house? I just found this very disappointing. I was envisioning a special lunch of upscale sandwiches on gourmet like (local) breads and a choice of a side...2 or 3 options that are NOT potato chips would have been ideal. The food was okay; not very good or great. I just do not see us returning unless the sandwiches improve tremendously since the afternoon teas also include sandwiches.

** TEA REVIEW ONLY, NOT FOOD OR TEA SERVICE **I'm a tea fiend and knew I had to come here when I saw the huge variety of teas they had. I was worried this was "tea service only", but luckily they have an a la carte menu you can order from too, including individual teas. Since I'm watching my carbs, there's not really whole lot in the way of food for me, but there are plenty of beverages. They had a huge assortment of teas and every tea can be made either hot or iced. I prefer iced, especially for the flavored teas, since it really brings out the flavor. I don't use anything to sweeten my teas, although you certainly can. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the tea and was able to handle steeping requests too.Even though I'm from out of town, I came here twice - once with a friend and once to do some work. I worked on a morning weekday when the place was quieter. There are plugs around and wifi, so it made it a cozy working spot. Just be sure to call beforehand to make sure they are not too busy.

Absolutely adorable place for tea.I think there are different levels of tea rooms. I've been a fan of high tea since experiencing it in Sydney, Australia. I have also done the Oxford Exchange high tea. This is different, so I think you just need to understand what you are looking for going into it.This is a fun place to live out your Bridgerton type fantasies. Wear your giant fascinator and beautiful flower dress. This isn't high fashion, this is a place to dress up and enjoy yourself. If I had a little girl, this is where I would take her. Pulling up I was a little nervous, because it is in a run down strip mall, but they did a wonderful job making you forget that once you go inside. I found the decor super cute. The owner was there serving people, you can really tell this is a locally owned business.I got the Earl Gray Lavender tea. I was going to ask them what is their most caffeinated tea, but then when I turned the menu over, it already had it broken up based on caffeine levels. I appreciated that. There is a huge variety. We each got to choose one full sandwich on a croissant and one half sandwich. I went with the Supreme Chicken salad and the Joseph's Nut Butter. Both were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend those choices.I picked a bit at everything else. I found the scones a little overly sweet and I wasn't really feeling the rest of the desserts. I'm not a huge sweets person. However, I was completely full thanks to the sandwiches. You get a lot of tea. We were there for two and a half hours and it took me the entire time to finish my tea. They never rushed us, so this is a great place to go and catch up with friends. So I think there are two types of people in this world, those that scoff at dressing up and those that fully embrace it. You should ask yourself that question before you go, which are you. If you want high luxury in an understated way, this isn't for you, if you want in your face English tea party, then definitely check it out. I loved my experience and will definitely be back.

The food was very good. The service was excellent. There were many gluten-free options. The price seemed a little high for what we were served but all in all it was a nice afternoon.
