Garlic Rolls (1 dozen) burnt. Soggy. Smelled horrible. Who lets this out of their kitchen?

Disappointing. The veggie smelled like they'd been steamed in dirty dishwater and the spinach tasted old. The parmigiana tasted freezer burned and the soup was lukewarm. Get it together Joey

This place makes the most out of a tiny little spot. Cute atmosphere and full view of the kitchen. I believe it had been another pizza place but was upgraded to an Italian restaurant that also has amazing pizza. The portions are HUGE! A few in our party had Lasagna which big enough for two! Cheese cheese & more cheese! I had the chicken Parmesan which was also a generous portion. Delicious! The fan favorite though was the Meat Stuffed Pizza, with a side of marinara for dipping. Very very good! The only reason I deducted a star was because our server could not crack a smile to save her life. Obviously wasn't happy to be there and always creates a less than comfortable dining experience. Smiles and a pleasant personality are free. She might want to give it a try. Not that the service was "bad", just tense.

The best pizza. We had mushroom, pepperoni. Great crust made on site and only top shelf cheese and ingredients. Must try. Also lasagna, subs, spaghetti, salads, etc. Located in new strip mall.

Why we anyone give this place a one star review. My husband and I stopped at the market on Gunn Hwy today and brought back the smells of NY. They didn't have enough braciole in their case for my order so they made it fresh. We had to restrain ourselves from ordering since we just spent a good deal of money at Wild Fork. The staff is wonderful. As far as the meal tonight, it was just what we ordered and more. The portions are unbelievable. I think we have enough for 2 more meals. Got the chicken and veal sorrentino. Not only was it hot on arrival but when I was packaging my husband's veal 30 minutes after arrival, it was still hot. We will definitely back to the market and ordering delivery from them again. So sorry to anyone we've used in the past. Thanks, Joey.

Just ordered a pizza from here. We order from them all the time and had no problems. Tonight we ordered a pizza with mushrooms and it showed up with onions which we can't eat. We called and they refused to remake it or refund our money. We hadn't eaten any of it. They only wanted to refund the onions. Total b.s. I have never had this issue with any pizza place before. They messed up the order. We have bought about 20 pizzas from this place either delivery or pickup.

We've been Joey's customers for almost 5 years, but now after recent incidents, our business with them is concluded. One incident was an order of baked ziti that was way overcooked. The manager did give us credit for it, so the next time we got it free, but even though it wasn't much better then the first time, I didn't complain about it. The recent incident was an order placed using Slice delivery service. One of the items ordered was a chicken Cesar salad. The salad came with red onions in it, what looked like regular lettuce, no croutons or Cesar dressing, and chunks of overcooked chicken instead of chicken strips. I called them to discuss and asked if the person that makes the salads knows how Cesar salads are made, and said I wanted a refund. I got an apology and was told I needed to contact Slice to get the refund. I contacted them, and the guy that answered said he needed to contact Joey's to confirm it, had me on hold for a few minutes, came back on and told me he couldn't get through to them (total bull). He said he'd issue the refund once he gets through to them, which never happened, so I'm never using Slice again either. I'm hoping that posting this review sends them a message on making improvements, but it seems that businesses these days no longer care about bad reviews or losing customers, so goodbye Joey's and Slice.
