Joey Biscotti

Stopped in for some biscotti and a bit of cake. The place had an odd smell. Almost like a broken sewer vent in the wall that was impregnating the air with sewer gas or the grease trap was long overdue of being pumped. I hate leaving reviews like this because it is a small business in town and whatever smells were going on here ended up in the baked goods. I know this smell because I've been a plumber for 26 years. We have been here before without this odor. Aside from that the baked goods are very good.

MUST check this place out. It was SOOOOOO.....GOOOOOOOOD. I had the dark chocolate cherry brownie. Chocolate and cherries are two of my favorites and this was like finding a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. PHENOMENAL.Their selection was phenomenal and the gentlemen was SO NICE in giving us info on all of their selections.

Eh. It tasted ok. The place was tiny. They still want you to wear a mask. They limit how many you can purchase and if you have questions they (Joey??) isn't exactly customer service forward. We bought 8 brownies for a party $40. Nah.

We tried an array of items, but everything had an odd scent/taste/flavor to it. Not sure if it was because of a certain ingredient or what, but we were pretty disappointed overall. The service was kind of indifferent--although that's not the end of the world, it made for an unwelcoming experience.

An adorable little bakery. you're greeted with a delicious sent the minute you step inside. Lots of delicious options. We got the fresh cinnamon roll. it was decadent!

Super small place, but you know what they say about good things coming from small packages.... I'm diabetic and gluten free and I couldn't help myself!! All their goodies are the works from artisans who know technique and flavors. Cookies and salted caramel cheesecake bars were especially delish!

I tried a lemon donut and two biscotti (original and chocolate coconut) from the Dunedin Saturday morning market. The donut was absolutely delicious! It's more like a cake, and it was light and fluffy. It also had pastel chocolate chips on it -- just in time for Easter. It was $1.50 for it, and I felt like that was a steal.As for the biscotti, unfortunately they weren't for me. If you love the taste of anise, you'll probably love the original one. I just felt like it was overwhelming. I also think they may do better storing it in glass containers rather than plastic ones. The biscotti didn't taste as fresh as I expected, and I feel like that's probably due to its storage.Overall, definitely a place to visit for cake donuts -- at least for me!!

Somehow I feel like my reviews are being removed or disappearing but !!! I'm going to review Joey biscotti again because they are that good. Every dessert is done well here from their insanely good cookies to this Ny crumb cake. The ny crumb cake has a slightly crunchy crumb crust with a sour cream infused cake . You don't really taste the sour cream and it's their to provide moisture. The cookies are among the top 5 I've had in Clearwater and a must try. I usually opt for the more plain flavors so I got the chocolate chip and walnut. It's everything you wanted in a cookie , crispy on the outside and soft on the inside . Do yourself a favor and try Joey biscottis you'll love it

If you can catch this bakery while it's open, Go. I'm here every other weekend and get the apple cheesecake treat and the stoner paradise. The Apple cheesecake is one of, if not the best Apple dessert I've ever had. It's perfect. The stoners paradise is such an unusual combination but it just works amazingly. Can't say enough good things about this place it's a staple in the city.

Amazing chocolate cake. Cowboy cookies my favorite. Service is great! Very cute place. Everything I purchased here has been great! Highly recommend!
