I have been going to Jimmy's for years when I come visit my parents. They are regulars there and all the waitresses greet them by name. My 26 year old son came down to visit and Jimmy's was the one place he wanted to take his girlfriend. I know that sounds funny but it's that good! So many memories. I have never had a bad meal. Nothing fancy, but Always sooo good. They have lunch specials everyday. Jimmy's is a great local diner that feels like family when you walk in. You have a choice of tables or booths inside. Outdoor seating is also available.

This is my favorite breakfast spot! The food is great! The service is hands down the best! The waitress's are truly amazing! They are so hard working running all over the place and doing a wonderful job! Thank you ladies! The cooks do a great job as well - love the food. The restaurant is always clean and very welcoming. I've only eaten lunch here once which was great too. You will not be disappointed in this breakfast spot and you won't be hungry until dinner time. Enjoy

This place is downtown gem. We've eaten here a few times and have found consistently good food and service. Be aware, you pay a fee to use your credit card. Cash is king. Our server was friendly and helpful. The interior is somewhat bland but I didn't expect Wolfgang Puck's. When our travels take us close to New Port Richey, this place is our go to stop.

Had a veggie burger there. The burger was crispy and tasty. All the toppings were fresh. The fries were delicious.Mom had a Reuben. She said it was delicious too.Prices are good. This a fun place.

Tried jimmies for the first time around noon today. Service was great and food came quick to the table. Food was HOT which I really appreciate. We had a Rueben and steak and cheese both were very good also my wife enjoyed the onion rings her favorite. The reatraunt was clean including the bathroom which is always a good sign. We will be back for breakfast food next time.

For an older restaurant they keep this place clean and newer looking. Restrooms are spotless and smell good. The staff is active getting your drinks , order in , coffee cup full , and getting your dessert & check. Everything I've had was very good and reasonably priced. Menu options are plentiful for breakfast or lunch. Parking is adequate so there is no excuse not to give it a try ! I wish Yelp had the ability to give 4.5 star but I have to choose a 4 or 5. For a breakfast- lunch place to get a 5 star is tough. I've enjoyed each item here but a 5 is for exceptional / excellent and that's my dilemma as that is a step above very good. Service I think has been excellent.

Maybe this rating would improve if we return for lunch instead... but lemme tell ya, breakfast here is really nothing much to brag about. I can't understand why this place has such high ratings. This is just your average diner full of locals. If you're not a regular apparently you don't get a fancy laminated menu because we just got photocopies off the menu that has been used one too many times. Average diner food. Average diner seating. Average everything.As we were leaving folks were ordering lunch and it did look especially appetizing although I'm not sure we'll give this place another shot honestly.
