Jersey Mike's Subs

Jersey Mike's is one of my favorite national sub shop chains. It is infinitely better than Subway and other brands and the difference is in the quality of their meat and I believe the fact that they also freshly slice the meat when you order your subs.I will also say that I find that Jersey Mike's stays pretty consistent with their various locations and I attribute this to the training that they give their franchise owners. Obviously, it is extensive and a great way to protect the quality of the brand name. When I walk into a Jersey Mike's, I pretty much know what kind of experience I am going to receive and meal that I am going to be served.While this place is a fast food type sub shop, it is welcoming to walk in and gives off a positive vibe. The staff was friendly and the food was what I would expect from Jersey Mike's. My go-to options are their Original Italian for a cold sub and if I am craving a hot sub, I will go with their Big Kahuna, which is one of their cheesesteaks. Both are great options and I wouod recommend either of these subs.Overall, taking into consideration that they are a national sub shop chain, I will give them five stars overall and I would definitely recommend here.

Always a nice fresh sub. Plenty I f meat and toppings. Always tastes good. Clean and friendly place.

Today my kiddo was in the mood for her favorite kids meal. Ham & bread on a mini! When I say the service provided by Jeneva was outstanding !!! She was so engaged with my daughter and had no problem customizing our order. This young lady was so sweet and hopefully when we come back she is there. The ambiance was clean and bright inside. Well done and thank you! Our sandwiches were delicious

I love stopping into out neighborhood Jersey Mike's. Well it's actually just outside of my neighborhood but you know what I mean. This location in Wesley Chapel off of State Road 54 is clean, fast and friendly. Food and bread is fresh. Your order is made quickly and neat.Plenty of parking as this store is located in a small shopping center. Get your sandwiches folks and have a picnic! You can't go wrong with the #14 Veggie of the #7 Turkey and Provolone add Bacon!

I recently had the misfortune of eating at Jersey Mike's. It was a terrible experience. The food was sub-par, and the service was terrible. This location has constantly gotten my orders wrong. From asking for no onions and peppers and they put onions and peppers. Or asking for extra meat, bacon, and paying for them. Realizing that when you get home, it's done wrong or missing is frustrating. I get it. Mistakes happen, especially when you're busy. However, I have given this location at least three chances, and they keep screwing up. No apapologizing, even when I catch them in the middle of missing up. Like yesterday, when I ordered two subs with Rosemary Parm bread, and they use regular bread. I tell the young lady, hey your using the wrong bread. She tells the man on the grill about the screw up and I get a scoffing look. It's not my fault that you can't read a ticket. Like I say, not the first screw up here. This location has a communication and back talk to problem. I do give them credit they do fix the problem when I address the issues. However, it's with some grief because I make a complaint on there screw up.
