Jade Garden

Tasty and quick Chinese food! I stopped by close to closing during a weekday and ordered the Chicken Lo Mein. The inside is very clean and the kitchen area is visible which I liked. The food is priced fairly and was ready in less than 5 minutes. The small was a very large serving which was a pleasant surprise.The chicken lo mein was good and very saucey. I enjoyed the larger chunks of cabbage. I do wish there was more chicken. This is something I'd keep in mind in the future when ordering and instead get the veggie lo mein and possibly a separate chicken dish.

Let's see I am always skeptical with new Chinese places. But I was craving the food so I tried it. The reviews looked ok and I ordered chicken and broccoli and sesame chicken both with steam rice. I chose to sit and eat and there was space to eat inside and it was clean they had pictures of their menu on the windows which help shade the Florida sun. The food was good was not a big fan of the chicken egg roll. The staff pretty nice and location convenient. I would recommend this place price was not that bad either. Glad I found this place on my one day visit.

I have always had a Chinese food addiction and having recently moved to the Tampa area, I was on the hunt for a new regular spot. Jade Garden did not disappoint. The food is reasonably priced, which is rare these days. It comes out quickly, hot and ready and is extremely tasty. The restaurant is clean and the service is very polite. I would highly recommend giving Jade Garden a try. For the price you really cant beat the food.

2.5 Stars. I shop at the Publix in the same shopping center, so I decided to try Jade Garden. The front door was propped open, and it's clearly because there is no air conditioning. It would be way too hot to eat inside the restaurant.They still have their COVID-19 plexiglass precautions all set up, and the women working the counter behind them was very unfriendly, to the point of being rude. I ordered off of their "house special" section of the menu, and got the General Tso's Chicken. It was described as chunks of chicken sautéed with broccoli in a spicy sauce.I got home, opened the container, and actually laughed out loud. It was these fried nuggets in a greasy orange sauce, with a total of 2 pieces of broccoli. I know there were exactly 2, because they placed them right on top so you could see them. For all the greasy sauce, there was zero flavor, and zero spice. This place was a one time and never again for me.

I ordered shrimp and lobster sauce to go at this place. They served the rice in a small Chinese food box and the lobster sauce in plastic container. No issue there. However, because I planned to eat this in my vehicle I politely asked for a styrofoam box. The lady instead hands me a flat plate which would make things more difficult considering the lobster sauce is liquidy. When I asked for a styrofoam container instead she got loud with me and refused. How rude! It wasn't like I was asking for free food or anything, just a normal container they had a stack off that would allow me to eat my meal without getting rice and sauce everywhere. Screw Jade Garden. So many other Chinese restaurants around that would have happily obliged for a reasonable request.

Small portions and way overpriced. The food isn't good enough to justify paying that much.

Ordered Mongolian beef plain with rice, women at counter was not very friendly. Came back to pick up my order went home and the entire order was wrong. Beef and broccoli with mushrooms and other veggies. I despise mushrooms. I was starving so decided to pick though the food and just eat it. Beef had zero flavor at all, and was chewy. Wrong order, bad food and unfriendly service. Won't go back!

Ordered the Sesame Chicken and Fried Dumplings and they were really good!! I ordered in store and they had my order ready within 10 minutes. Fast, friendly and clean!

They are getting greedy and lacking on taste, The food barely had any taste, way too overpriced, If you want really good fried rice go to Maikel's...Yes, the Cuban place, they will give you A LOT more taste amazing and not charge you crazy prices.

Friendly when you order in person or over the telephone. When you get your food, they show you what they are putting in your bag. Very generous portions. Best hot n sour soup in the area. Area always clean and you can see in the kitchen.
