While in the area, I was in the mood for coffee and a quick sandwich, so I searched nearby and found Ja-Vahz Cafe.The cafe has convenient parking right out front, making it an easy stop. The ambiance inside was pleasant and welcoming. From the menu, I ordered a black hot coffee and the Breakfast Sandwich with meat. My coffee arrived first, perfectly brewed and served hot, just the way I like it.From my seat, I could see the staff preparing my sandwich fresh and toasting it to perfection. When it arrived, it didn't disappoint. The chicken in the sandwich was flavorful and delicious, and it was served with a side of fresh fruit, which was a nice touch.Both the coffee and the sandwich were excellent, making for a satisfying and wholesome breakfast. Ja-Vahz Cafe is definitely a great spot for a quick, delicious meal, and I'd be happy to visit again!

Apparently, this place used to be great. Sadly, the owner passed. What's going on there now is just disappearing. The food was all wrong. The "Cuban Sandwich" only had bacon lettuce and tomato. ?????

I drive by this place all the time. Finally decided to try-- and was not disappointed.Superb breakfast sandwich. Good coffee.Kind service.So much better than waiting in line at McDonald's down the road.

I was pleasantly surprised with the coffee served in this little cafe. The food was decent (I got the eggs and ham platter with Cuban toast) and a macchiato (espresso with very little milk and some foam) which was very good. I find it's very difficult to get decently made coffee drinks in most restaurants (mostly made too milky) but they do a good job here. They have a coffee guide on a black board near the register where they have diagrams with visual descriptions of each of the coffee drinks they serve to show the coffee to milk ratios just in case you're not very familiar with the many varieties of drinks. If you eat inside be ready to leave with a strong smell of food impregnated on your clothes and hair. They don't accept reservations however I called ahead of time and they were kind enough to save a table for our group for Sunday brunch.

I waited over 15 mins for a latte ... I love to support & would rather give my money to local businesses & small "mom & pop" operations however ... the horrible service here & unjustified wait time was way beyond disappointing. I won't be back & I will not recommend.

Cute little cafe with cafe food.I came here for lunch. The half and half was a great deal. The cup of soup was huge. The wrap was also huge, and it came with a side of fruit. The soup of the day was chicken and sausage. It had ginger in it, which I liked, but I don't know if non-Asians would. I had the curry chicken wrap, which was great. It was a little spicy (appreciated, since I was getting over a cold), and it was not soggy at all despite the veggies and fruit.Staff was friendly.I'll happily return.

Great coffee breakfast spot in south tampa. Nice staff. Friendly and good food. Indoor and outdoor seating. Bring your pooch and there is no problem. coffee is fresh and delicious as is the food.

The cutest little coffee shop! I stopped in for a quick Honey Ginger Tea and it was delicious. Savannah, who was working the counter was very friendly and helpful. I was able to speak to Nita (the owner), who was just as friendly.There is a diverse menu for coffee and food with lots of seating. There is also a roomy outside patio for those with furry friends. I enjoyed my tea very much and the price was right. I can't wait to go back and try the food! #supportlocal #eatlocal

Waited in line 25 minutes to pick up an order that I called in 30 minutes prior to that, the food was cold, honestly it was not even edible. Such a waste of money. Try to avoid this place at all cost. I also noticed that the employees in the back, never wore gloves! Honestly, that's against health and just disgusting.

Best coffee in the country. Come here for their cold brew roasts. I am a coffee enthusiast and this is the best little hole in the wall place
