John did an offsite catering for my family for a celebration of life. The food was delicious. He had many menu options for us that included choices for family members with diet restrictions. He was great with communication and was accommodating with time as this was a last minute reservation. He has a catering truck where some dishes were prepared on site at the location in Sarasota. He set up and had servers there to help as well. The gathering went well and I had many guests raving about the food and the service. I definitely recommend!

John did a wonderful job in catering our luncheon following a Celebration of Life. His pricing was excellent, food presentation was lovely, everything was fresh and lovely. The hot food was hot, and he accommodated our special requests easily. He had everything set up and ready following our service without any adjustments need. He thought of everything! I can't recommend him too highly!

We just had a wonderful family reunion and 90th birthday party for my Mom. Chef John and his wife and son delivered the most amazing Barbeque to the event. Everyone raved about it and the ribs and pulled pork were especially amazing. There was some left over that we delivered to the Pinellas Safe Harbor homeless shelter. Some needy folks will eat well there tonight as well. I would highly recommend Chef John for your next event or family gathering.

Chef John Bauer of J & T Fresh Catering delivered an amazing array of appetizers for 300 people for a 90th birthday celebration. He was very helpful in determining how much we needed of each of the 9 different kinds we ordered. Not only did he prepare and provide everything needed but also set it all up aesthetically. The food was delicious and the party guests are still talking about it. Many wanted his card and plan on using his service in the future. I highly recommend him for all your catering needs.

Last night we were amazed at every little detail Chef John did for our holiday gathering at my house. He even accommodated gluten-free meatballs(which no one could tell). Guests were getting 3rd and 4th servings of the mexican dip! We got the fancy stuff too That had constant comments as well. His recommendations of ordering little bit of everything was indeed, the right way to go. Truly made the party. People could customize what they felt like having , each visit up to the buffet table. This is high-quality food, as I'm very sensitive to sodium and was delighted to not have issues like I do when going to fine restaurants or with other caterers. This is our second experience with this fantastic small business! Very reasonable and planning to use for our grad party!
