Indian Bistro

Food pretty good, wait staff incredibly rude. Never coming back. Lamb tikka masala was ok good. Rice was great. Mint chutney was the real thing, not like the liquid most places serve. Naan was ok, but I had to blot it with a napkin, as they poured melted butter on it. The service was horrible. I'll never return. They have the wrong address on their website, which I drove to after I was told they had lunch specials. I called when I arrived, as there was no Indian Bistro! Same person answered. He said to keep looking. I drove all around/nothing. He told me to Google it and asked me to call back later because he was "Busy"! Then I repeated the address, and he said that was the wrong address, even though I got it from the website! No apology. When I finally arrived, he said to sit at any of the 5-6 tables. A cone was blocking 3-4 tabes, so I sat at the one free table. (Warning- it's a huge center, so turn on "walking" on your gps.)Thrvperson I'd been speaking with brought service for 2, even though I said i was alone. He said that's ok and left the extra plate and menu (when dining alone who wants that extra reminder you're alone?)He then proceeded to show me all the possibilities on the menu, when I had already selected my lunch menu; he just kept talking over me. When I showed him the lunch menu, which we'd already addressed on the phone, he looked at his watch (2:45), as the lunch menu closed at 3. I reminded him that it had taken me a half hour longer, due to the wrong address. He said "that's not my fault". I said it was the restaurant's fault and needed to be corrected. Again he stated it wasn't his fault. He then told me to be nice to him, because he was doing his best. I didn't care if the food was slow in coming (it wasn't), so I believe he was chastising me. Maybe I had a grumpy look on my face, but I had said nothing negative,except about the wrong address. While I ate my food, he continued to stop by and say he was doing his best, so I should do my best to be nice to him. I ate in silence, asking only for to-go containers. I went to the bathroom (ok), and the bill was ready for signing. I have Never In My Life not given a tip. But he'd been so rude on the phone and in person, I just couldn't do it (sorry kitchen staff). I did go up to him on my way out and told him the food was good, but I wouldn't be back because he was so rude. He denied it, and tried to change my mind. I said I'm trying to be helpful, and left. I'm writing this in my car parked outside the restaurant. Reflecting- I have Never been treated like that at Any restaurant. I'm a nice person, and treat people with kindness. Your decision: food pretty quick and homemade, reasonably priced , but others are just as good, same or lower prices, nicely decorated, and No Rude Staff.*** I just checked,and they've changed the Yelp listing to the correct address. The"wrong" address was their former location, Deeya? Indian restaurant. So, maybe I've helped someone. ***

Okay, so for food it's definitely a 4 star. We ordered butter chicken, Tikka chicken garlic naan. The garlic naan is the best I've ever had. The restaurant itself with the ambience and cleanliness is definitely needs improvement. We will eat here again but probably just order takeout. Love that this is a family run business and the parents or grandparents are there hanging out. The location is pretty good as well located near the shopping area with plenty of parking.

Aloo Tiki Chaat (chickpeas with potato patty) - my first time having this dish, it was really good! I would get again Gobi Chilli (fried spiced cauliflower) - This was really good! It has a a slight kick to it. Chicken Palak - This is an herby spinach dish came with rice and was really good! I love spinach based dishes Chicken Korma - This has a nutty sweet flavor I would have this againPashwari Naan - Sweet naan was good but not the best pashwari naan I've had

Indian Bistro is a solid Indian Restaurant. The people working here are friendly and they give good portion sizes for both the rice and the entree. I tried the Aloo Palak and it was nice and creamy with hearty chunks of potato in it. Really good combination with the basmati rice and the naan. The ambiance of the place is ok though. It is a rather cramped restaurant and service can be slow at times. But look beyond that and this is a decent place to come to for Indian food :)

this place is decent as far as food I wouldn't go out of my way to say it's really good or anything. however if you're in the area, it's usually not too busy in there so it's a good option if you're trying to get in and get out. I don't really have anything bad to say about it. I would just say overall it doesn't really stand out. The prices are fair. The food is decent. Certainly good to have in the neighborhood.

Food is delicious . Was on time. No complaints. we will return. New location is good.

I've gone here for three years even before the location shift. I went here about a week ago and everything was different. The food was different. There was a dish that I always get and the server told me it couldn't be prepared the way I wanted it to...even though I had done it the same way for the past three years. The chef in the back did prepare it the way I requested but with an up charge. I'm going to go back because everybody has an off day, but my last experience was not a good one. I didn't see the usual employees either so that might be it.

Best Indian food I've had in a long time. They have clearly marked which dishes are vegan, which I so appreciate. I had the bharta and the aloo gobi, both were exceptional and the service was really attentive and kind. I highly recommend checking this place out! Tip: if you're looking for something actually spicy, the level 3 was what I would consider mild/medium (I have a high tolerance) so go higher

My boyfriend is from Agra. I've never been to a Indian Restaurant, therefore, I had him order for us. I. found all of the offerings tasting fresh and made with love. My BF explained the food to me and also said that the flavors were very close to his homeland. I love every part of the experience. Our server did not have any time to do anything but to take our order, lay the food down and process our check.

I had lunch special with naan. I order curry chicken hot. Very good. Hear was perfect.
