Impasto

Tried Impasto at Indie Flea! I got the steak caesar and my friend got the meatball. They say the wrap is housemade sourdough and it was so yummy! Food came out quick, and I loved the roast beef in my wrap. It felt pretty light - lettuce and tomato, caesar dressing, and the thick cut deli style beef. I tasted my friend's meatball wrap and that was so delicious too! Basically a meatball sub, but in a light wrap.

Had Impasto at a food truck event and it was really good. I had the Fried Chicken and tomato wrap and it was very tasty. Also had the parmesan truffle fries which were also excellent. Food came out really quickly. I would definitely order from them again.

Delicious! I was surprised how quickly they made the food. The line was long but it moved along okay. Everything was delicious. Big sandwiches but still kind a pricey. I guess that's expected with a food truck. They played fun music and were friendly. I'd try several of the sandwiches because many looked good!Side note: the dressing kinda spilled out of the sandwich. So eat over a plate or just not over your lap!

I've had Impasto a few years back and it's still one of my favorite food trucks in the Tampa Bay. Fresh ingredients, great flavor, and you can eat it on the go! Also is hearty and will keep you full. This time around we got the sausage and pepper, the grilled chicken, and the loaded parm fries. Did not disappoint!Owners are very friendly! I believe they're snow birds from Michigan, so make sure you see them while they're here in Tampa!

Loved this food truck! The prices were a bit higher than I expected for a food truck BUT the wrap was massive and definitely filling for the price so I felt it was a good value. I tried the steak caesar impasto and it was incredible. Such great flavor. Could tell the roast beef was of good quality. The staff was kind and friendly and the food was ready quickly. Can't wait to see it again!

We were so lucky to get this food truck at work last Wednesday! A fairly new truck, they specialize in a sort of flatbread/pizza rollup in a variety of flavors, in addition to decadent parmesan truffle fries and more apps. They were super friendly, fast and delicious, not to mention accommodating to our needs.I LOVE that they had local drinks like Made cold brew and Mother's kombucha on tap!Unfortunately, they did run out of a few items: cold brew, fried chicken; so, I recommend getting in line and ordering first before it's gone!I had the meatball Impasto and it was so hearty and delicious. They do NOT skimp on ingredients and I had enough for leftovers.Suggestion for the business: It would be great if you created a "half rollup, half fry" meal deal for people who don't want leftovers or who don't want to spend too much on lunch. I think it would do really well!

The Impasto food truck was nearby during my lunch break so I decided to give them a try. I wandered to the food truck and looked at the menu. The menu is full of their Impasto wraps and various other options (they have vegetarian wraps too!) The wraps are artisan flat bread folded into what I thought was the equivalent of a pizza burrito. I decided on the Impasto Meatball. It took around 7 minutes to be completed which wasn't terrible. The owners of the truck were really polite so it helped. When I got back to my car to eat it, I was thoroughly impressed. I love myself a meatball sandwich but this was above average in my book. The outside of the artisan bread was lightly salted and paired with the meatballs, sauce and cheese...it was the perfect balance. Even though it was a chance encounter with the food truck, I would like to try another one of their yummy wraps! I definitely recommend!

I ate at the Impasto truck at the Viso Sunshop grand opening party and was impress-to by their food! The Itali-bano was a great take on a cuban, but with enough touches to make it unique(prosciutto cotto, deli pickles, and mustard aioli), though it was a tough decision to go with that over their many other offerings. Portion size was good as well, mine stretched into two meals along with the truffle fries which were crispy and golden, perfect amount of crunch.I would highly recommend stopping by if you ever see them out and about or need a lunch option for an event!

This was absolutely delicious!!!! I had the itali-bano which is Italian braised pork, prosciutto cotto, deli pickles, and mustard aioli. It was soooo good and needed absolutely nothing else. It was also HUGE, I could not eat it all. It doesn't look that big when you get it, but then it's like that never ending plate of spaghetti (o: I am happy to see they will be coming back to my work as I think I want to try the Italian Beef and Parmesan Truffle Fries over the next two visits!

Nice job at the softball invitational this week folks!!! The wraps we got were outRageous and fresh ! I had the margarita with fresh basil legit cheese and fresh my god team you rocked it. My husband got the Hawaiian which was spectacular. I didn't get them but dayum their basket of some crazy Parmesan fries was ginormous and looked amazing. I'm a nice size and can eat but my gosh the wraps were huge!!! I forced it down because it was so good !!! I might stalk them now
