I finally had the best sausage peppers onions sandwich Awesome job The sausage was the correct Italian sausage and cut longways so I had a taste on every bits plus the sauce was not overpowering. As the bread was just right It was made the NY way. As for the wife's chicken cutlet dinner the proportions was enough for another dinner. Thank you to the cooks and staff

Food is very good! Had a calzone and it was really tasty. Our waitress was attentive an took great care of our party of 6.

Great location for us. The food was actually pretty good. Will try the pizza soon. One thing left me dumbfounded, the wine list doesn't tell you the actual wine your are purchasing??? It tells you the type of wine, the region it comes from, and the price. I asked the manager and his response was very clumsy.

We came in to try their pizza and antipasto salad. Excellent review by the four of us. Antipasto salad was a little different however delicious and enough for the gang. We will be heading back to try some pasta dishes tonight.

Great service fromOur server, Olivia. Four of us each getting something different and everyone was satisfied. Lunch portion was plenty big in my opinion. We will be back.

Yummy! Excellent service on day 2 after opening. The food was amazing & lots of good vibes, very friendly. Bar is full. We ate at a booth. Will definitely be regulars. Happy to have Il Forno in our neighborhood. Others in the restaurant were openly commenting on how wonderful the food was - you must give this restaurant a try!

We ordered the lunchtime Tortellini Rustica Special and the Eggplant Parmigiana. Both were divine and plentiful. The homemade marinara was wonderful and the melted cheese perfectly baked. Our server was the best! We will definitely be back.

Ordered a pizza for the first time from the new north location and it was amazing. Hands down the best pizza we've had since moving from up north!

We were hoping to get a great pizza and decided to give il Forno Italian restaurant a try in N Lakeland. We called in a order & told it would be ready in about 20-25 minutes. When I showed up 25 minutes later I was told it wasn't ready but was the next one up to go in the oven. Once I finally got back home with it we were Greatly Disappointed with our $28 Large Supreme pizza. The toppings were extremely few and were so small & thinly cut that you wonder if they had been rationing them. The pizza appeared to have been taken out of the oven a little soon as if they were in a rush leaving it with that "Half Baked" taste. The overall taste of the pizza was very mundane & bland and just didn't have that good pizza flavor that you expect. This was the worst pizza & experience that you could ever expect to have and we don't ever expect to make that mistake again.
