Better than the average Florida Chinese restaurant but that's not saying much. Most Chinese in Florida is awful. HOC was better than average will go again.

Pros:-broad menu-good fried rice-good lo mein too (flavorful)-friendly over the phone-good portionsCons:-too much breading on shrimp (kids got the cashew shrimp, the breading was way better)-had to call to order (could not find an online ordering option)-crab rangoon were okay (seasoning is kinda off)Wish I could give it a 3.5 stars. It is okay but not great but not bad either. Maybe I will try something else next time?

We picked up take out, not very impressed. It was ready fast & the order accurate. Portions were large but flavors didn't wow us. Best thing was house lo mein. Mongolian beef was a little chewy & FULL of onions. Moo goo gai pan was completely flavorless, veggie chunks huge. Couldn't taste any crab in the rangoons but we got 8 & they were very crispy & came with sauce. Overall, I don't order Chinese often & really wanted to like this more but will order elsewhere next time.

Conveniently located in Lutz for quick week night dinner or takeout. There are a good number of tables to eat there if you wish. Food is good, portions are generous and the price is reasonable. Love to get Chinese food because we always have leftovers, which is great when you have a family! Staff is nice and responsive. Service is quick! The place is clean but doesn't have much ambiance as it is more of a takeout place. I Recommend this restaurant.

This Restaurant you order at the window and pick up your food, no table service...more of a take out but they have tables there to eat at..ordered Won Ton Soup, Egg Rolls, Chicken Chow Mein and General Tsos Chicken and an order of Beef Fried Rice Well my pictures disappeared from my Camera so I will tell you about the food.. The Won Ton Soup had absolutely no flavor, it was like water...The Chicken Chow Mein was served with Rice and was delicious and the portion was plentiful, same with the General Tso, served crisp and fresh, again, Delicious...great lunch special prices under 9.00 and served with an Egg Roll..and it was good too..Beef Fried Rice was very disappointing, no egg and no flavor..would come back for sure for lunch specials only and skip the extras we bought..

Definitely hits the spot where you're looking for Chinese fast food. The service was quick and people super nice. Will go back again when I'm in the area for sure.

Nice little take out storefront. Service was friendly and food was ready as promised. Hot and sour soup was wonderful and very spicy. I also ordered fried rice, egg foo yung and general Tao's chicken. All were delicious. I would definitely order again.

We typically order Chinese food when we travel, and it's always hit or miss when exploring new options. House of China was a hit. The staff was very friendly. The food was very good and fresh. My wife ordered the Vegetable Fried Rice, which was good. I ordered the Hunan Beef, which was excellent. Full of flavor. Would highly recommend, and we would come back.

We have searched for great tasting Chinese food for 5 years. We enjoy the menu at House of China. If you were like us searching for great tasting Chinese cuisine, give House of China a try.....
