Hot Box Pizza Truck

Wow I'm originally from NY and I was blown away from the quality of the Pizza from a truck on the side of the road. I have had Pizza from the best known places in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. I practically lived in New Park Pizza in Queen's. However this Pizza was up there with the City Big Boys :) This is a must try no disappoints here. Fresh, hot and made to order. Oh and BTW the water is local so when ppl claim the pizza or bread is no good because of the water... I can now say that is a myth they don't know how to make dough

My family and I are pizza snobs. As a large, Greek/Italian family, it's typical to have some different preferences. The half that drools over New York-style pizza, had their sights set on Hot Box Pizza Truck for sometime. We were not disappointed. The gentleman that runs the establishment is welcoming. The location is literally 8 mins from our home. But, the most important part of the equation is the quality!!!! I ordered 3 pizzas and they were done in 10 mins. All of them were made in the Neapolitan style, with the lovely charred bits on the edges. The sauce was extremely appetizing, as well. The toppings were fresh. To further round things out the price point on the pies was affordable. If you are a busy mom, like me, I think you'd find the Hot Box Pizza Truck to be a wonderful asset to the weeknight-dinner-rush. It checks off all the boxes for a delicious and crowd pleasing meal. 100% recommend!

He never fails me - no matter when I get a pie or two, I always get the freshest ingredients & great flavors. By far the best handmade woodfire pizza in town - To see & taste the actual local sourced fresh ingredients he uses as he prepares your pie and taste the smoke fire taste & smell the aroma in your own home; can't get that with a traditional hot oven style. Once you have wood fire oven pizza, there just isn't anything better than that. This Pizza Truck & owner/operator will always be my "Go To #1 Spring Hill Pizza Place" - Thank You!

Excellent pizza! Super tasty crust, fresh pizza sauce and perfect cheese not that chewy stuff like other places put on their pizza! Quick service and convenient location! You must give it a try! All varieties are a winner!

This is my husbands favorite pizza place. If I mention pizza we have to go there!! You can call ahead and order so you don't have to wait. But always fresh and super hot!!

We are always on the hunt for a good pizza place because we love pizza. We saw this truck when driving around town and decided to give it a try. I must say... THIS IS OUR NEW GO TO!! The customer service is fantastic, food came out quick, and it is the BEST pizza we have ever eaten!A+ we will definitely return!!

Never had a bad pizza. I go at least once a week and have a standing order of a buffalo chicken and the spinach chicken bacon ranch. Tried almost every pie. he even prepares them so you can finish cooking the next day so it tastejust like it came out the oven. its a MUST TRY!!!!

Some of the best pizza I have ever had. The wood fire flavor was awesome and priced right. It was hard to believe some of the best pizza I have ever had just came from a food truck. The owner was very nice and fast service.

We just had pizza here and it was the best pizza since we left California. Will definitely be back. We had sausage, pepperoni and garlic.
