Approved authentic Chinese food. I was born and raised in China, and I can say this is the best you can find around here! Way better than Panda, New China chains. I also love it offering small sizes.

Noodles were greasy, spare ribs were chewy, and the orange chicken was okay. The only good thing is the price really. Overall would rather to go Zom Hee.

they have the good wontons here!!! staff is very nice and willing to accommodate requests if you're clear about exactly what you're looking to do. Interior is newly redone and very pretty. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area.

As far as "strip mall" Chinese goes, for me Hong Kong is the best in the area.Sure, I prefer more authentic fare like Asian Pearl or Chef Li, but sometimes I need a quick meal without making a long drive.The beef, pork, and chicken are all good here with no chewy "mystery meats."They even have my favorite, "Beef Ho Fun." I never see that offered at strip mall joints, and their version is very good.My only negative is as with all fast take-out Chinese, why the yellow "fried rice?" Proper fried rice is seasoned with soy sauce and is slightly brown. Yellow rice usually comes from saffron, which is seldom used in the Asian kitchen.I'll never make peace with the yellow rice these places serve. Eh...Finally, their service is fast and efficient, and their prices are very reasonable.

I come here for the lunch specials. All the lunch specials are $7.45 you can get anything from chicken chow mein to pepper steak w/onion to shrimp with cashew nuts. With a total of 30 lunch specials there is something for everyone. Each lunch special comes with an option of white rice or pork fried rice and an egg roll. They advertise that they use 100% vegetable oil and no MSG. In my opinion, any place that needs to rely on MSG to enhance flavor is already doing something wrong. I HATE MSG! It gives me a headache; and I'm usually too distracted when I order to remember to ask takeaway shops to cook without it. I know that when I go to Hong Kong, I don't have to remind them NO MSG because they don't use it in the first place. I also like that they have bins on a table near the door with packets of soy sauce, sweet & sour, and hot mustard so you can take as many as you need instead of getting (never enough) added to your order by the restaurant. Plastic spoons and forks are also in bins. I Love the yellow pork fried rice, but if you prefer white rice you can it by request. Sorry I forgot to take a picture. Too hungry!

My wife and I order from here every week. Everything is great! And the items that say they are spicy, actually are unlike other local competitors. I have absolutely no idea why this place struggles to maintain a 3 1/2 star average other than my thorough understanding of how people love to criticize industries they have absolutely no clue about from behind the safety of a keyboard.

I ordered a pu pu platter and pork fried rice. The only thing not dry and over cooked were the 2 ribs and 2 eggrolls. Haven't eaten the rice yet so no comment on that. Delivery was quick but that's probably because the food was pre-cooked and sitting under heat lamp ready to send out.

The worst, Don't even know how to make Chinese food???? Crazy but true. Ask them how to make Chow Mein. I shared Chow mein recipe from four different sites online and they still disagreed.

I got take out there once before and was pleased with the food. So I decided to try it again. A big disappointment. The orange chicken was very tough; I've never had to chew so much with what was supposed to be easy to eat. And not all that tasteful. The so called fried rice was bland and had little meat or vegetables. The egg roll was about 75% cabbage and bland. I couldn't finish the meal. So disappointing; I thought I had finally found a replacement for my favorite Chinese restaurant that closed during the pandemic. Oh well.

Best food around, seriously it's my go to Chinese take out joint in seminole. I love local family owned Joints.
