The bad reviews seem outdated, this place was so good! I got sweet and sour chicken and it was hot and crispy with plenty of sauce for dipping. They give big portions and quick service. Thank you for being open on Christmas and I hope you all find the time to take for yourselves as well!

My friend just moved to Bartow and I am visiting from out of town. The food was very good. The wonton soup is so delicious. My friend said the General Tso chicken was some of the best she has had. We also enjoyed the spring rolls. I highly recommend to give them a try! Definitely good Chinese food! Lisa L

Excellent food . Have been coming here for years Food prepared in a timely manner . And always have a a speedy checkout with them . Furthermore their lunch specials are at a bargain price !! Make sure to swing by if you have a feeling for some good Chinese takeout !

Food is decent compared to others in the area. The first time I ordered I received things I didn't order and another time I didn't receive my complete order. I just think it was the heavy accent of the person that picked up when placing my order, plus I didn't ask to read my order back. I've tried using there online site: www.hongkongbartow.com/ and I've been getting error messages. However, after placing my order today I went back and tried it again and it finally let me create an account. YaY!!! I'm just waiting for hubby to bring the food and I'll let you know how the food turned out. Well, the food was great and delicious, however, it's a pretty penny for it. I'm not sure if the prices are high because the last few years everything has sky rocketed. Even though they're expensive, the other Chinese restaurants around here sick. In the meantime, I'll stick to this one for Chinese in Bartow.

We ordered beef and brocolli, got home and there was no beef, no brocolli only rice and onions. We called and the Young girl translated for her mother who insisted that we were wrong. We ordered again, got home and there was only rice and pork fried lomein noodles. I called them back explained it again and told them I would come the next day to show them this time she was wrong. On the phone they insisted we were lying. When I got there, the little girl gave me back $9 because her mom told her too and I paid 9.26. I left the store got in my car and I was backing out the little girl tapped on my window because her mother sent her in the parking lot to ask where the egg rolls were. I told her that's part of the problem because your mother messed up the order we never got our beef and broccoli or the 2 egg rolls That were supposed to come with it. The little girl went back inside and I watched her mother yell at her. Are their child labor laws? How can a six-year-old run a cash register at a Chinese restaurant legally anyway? Let's just say a child should not be working like they work the children up their. Maybe if the mom wasn't so rude she wouldn have these problems.

Best Chinese restaurant in Bartow. The people here are so nice and the food is great. They give you tons of food.

These people could use some customer service skill training. First using kids to run the register .....and not even acknowledge you a Thank You.

Good sevice, good food, and 10 minutes is your wait time for your order. The amount of food you're given is good.
