Hong BBQ & Hot Pot Fowler

Came here with friends and ended up getting bbq.It was honest a great time with friends and they serve great vibes. I recommend their steak with the house sauce, pork belly, and bulgogi. The bulgogi was great - not too sweet or salty, like other bbq places I've been to. Our server Mia was great - attentive and answered all our questions.

My boyfriend and I did the hotpot only and both got bone broth. It's your basic Asian bone broth. The ingredients were okay, not amazing. I wasn't too impressed by the quality of ingredients. I asked for lamb while my boyfriend asked for prime brisket. They put it on one tray and didn't tell us which was which. When they came to clean up the empty plates, we asked for the same meats but on different plates so we would be able to tell the difference. The server who took the order say that was fine and the first plate that came out would be brisket. When the guy brought out the meat, he brought two plates and walked away, didn't tell us which was which. We had to figure that out by taste testing. I will say the selection of seafood ingredients is more unique than I'm used to, which isn't a bad thing, just a note. The sauce selection is definitely one of the best I've ever seen and although we didn't take any, the small ice cream freezer is a great addition. I got the milk tea with caramel and I loved it. The boba was super soft, which was great. Overall staff was friendly and the interior was nice. I will say, I don't like how the booth seats can be moved. The woman on the other side moved the seat and I ended up really close to the table.

We just found our new favorite hot pot place in Tampa. AYCE bbq or hot pot is 31.99 add $5 for both . The main difference is you order from the server and they bring out your selections. Plates come in six compartments, but you can order as many items as you would like. I prefer this method as it seems more sanitary not having it at the buffet bar and you can stay seated to eat without having to get up for more items. The servers were very quick at bringing the food out and were very attentive the entire time. A bonus is you get a free photo postcard while dining. As for food selections it's comparable to other hot pots around town with the addition of some different items, such as beef tongue chicken gizzards and a vast selection of vegetables. We got the pork bone broth and the Szechuan broth, spice level 5/10 both were savory with flavor. I was pleasantly surprised with the fresh lime tea . All the drinks come in to go cups and they refill it before you leave. most other hot pot places require six or more to make reservations, but we were able to make reservations last minute for two people on a Saturday evening with no difficulty.

We love coming here with the family for a great meal. You will spend a lot here but worth it. Recommend spicy beef and pork.

Came here this evening for my partner's birthday. We were sat right away. Everyone ordered hot pot and KBBQ except for me. I opted to not have KBBQ. The broth I chose was original flavored and I didn't much care for it. The cuts for the meats were also thin and flavorless. The pho was also the flat kind. I'm more partial to the rounded kind. The flat noodles get gummy very easily and it's not very good to eat when it gets to that point. I ordered a Thai tea boba that was really good though. The restroom was also clean. I probably won't be back as I prefer sushi to other Asian cuisine due to dietary restrictions and food allergies. Bryan was a great server and brought everything out super quick. The service here is great and the atmosphere and decor are also appropriate for the venue and very beautiful.

My friends and I all got the BBQ.. and let me tell you did we make the most of it!! This was my first time enjoying a Korean bbq! The meats were delicious, a favorite of ours being the beef bulgogi and the beef slices. So many options but each one was uniquely good. Definitely come here if you're trying to hit your protein goal for the day.. i probably ate a whole days worth with just this meal . Our server Mitchel was awesome and gave great recs! We also got 10% for student discount. Will definitely be coming back to use my free boba coupon and to try hot pot!

Ice cream was great. We noted they added asparagus, broccoli, and miso soup since we last visited in September. It was kinda crowded and our server was very attentive.

The AYCE Hot Pot and KBBQ scene has really taken off in Tampa and this is yet another great option. This place is a little more expensive than some other places, but the quality and ambiance is also much better. People working here are very attentive, keeping your drinks filled and making sure you are getting your orders. This is one place I would definitely come if I have a large group. Really a great place to have fun, hangout, and eat to your hearts content. Again, pricing is a little more expensive. But seeing the number of ingredients they have, their service, and the overall ambiance, I will definitely come back from time to time for special occasions :)

The first time we went for a birthday it was an amazing experience for my daughter, she loved the entire thing. Service was great, staff was helpful and helped us ordering with ease. A perfect local spot and makes you feel right at home. Food was delicious with the perfect amount of spice for our likings.

Visited this hot pot & BBQ restaurant this evening with my 12 yo grandson & friends. The interior was a magical surprise. It was cozy with dining nooks created by rattan dividers. Our waitress clearly explained how to order. We each got a hot pot along with a shared electric grill. Once we got all of our platters to share, the table became overly crowded. I ended up knocking off a pepper shaker! The food was fresh and delicious. My favorite was the crab strips. Many of our choices could be grilled or boiled, for instance, the asparagus and the potatoes. I like the idea of the sauce bar it helped spice up what could've been rather bland foods. I recommend visiting Hong Kong BBQ when you have the time to enjoy the experience with family and friends.
