Hillbilly Farms Bakery

First time at this Gluten/free bakery and sandwich shop and it did not disappoint! One of the first things I noticed was how CLEAN the shop and kitchens were. The set up has a couple tables in the front and some rocking chairs next to their ice cream. There are gf baking mixes, juices, teas, coffees, cakes, cookies and pies. The people that work the shop are very friendly and understanding when it comes to allergies. Everything is easily labeled. This visit, we bought a lot but one of may favorite items was the Cuban sandwich, it was very delicious. I would recommend trying any of the sandwiches but definitely pressed or toasted. I am really looking forward to trying a coffee or matcha my next visit. I hope to see this bakery and bakeries like this expand here in the Tampa area.

She is absolutely amazing! They are a celiac family so they understand the importance. Sandwiches and lots of bread, yummy treats, jams, seasonings and flours available too. I love getting her little cheesecakes when she has them made. You can order pies for the holidays, but do it quickly! She is very knowledgeable if you need to know how to do perfect those tricky gluten free flours. I always take her advice and it works out great! Small little cafe with outside seating. Beautiful property!

I've tried many GF desserts and let me tell you the consistency of these ones are the best, you can't even tell they are GF, if you ever go to this place please save space to try their steamed burgers they are also AMAIZING!!!!

Out in the middle of nowhere you stumble upon this cute little bakery. They have several gluten free desserts. You can order pies, they also have local kumquat items. Some people were here eating a quick bite as they serve a few sandwiches as well.

10325 US Highway 98, Dade City, FL 33525-1628All is 100% Gluten-Free you will not be disappointed the food was fabulous I thought a steamed Burger would be dry I was wrong it was not greasy but yet it was very moist the gluten free bun was not gritty or hard or crumbly either it was perfect and soft not what I expected from the outside from passing by, out in the middle of nowhere. I ordered a Mushroom Swiss burger with the mint cake and that was fabulous. I also got that apple cider donuts mint cake key lime cupcakes and more service was fast an extremely friendly from the owner herself you will not be disappointed this place is very cute you can sit inside where there's AC or you can sit outside.I've been to other places and this place is very affordable it's not overpriced by any means and I am a picky eater this food was outstanding I was totally amazed I will be returning and I advise you to try this place too, it's truly a Hidden Gem for sure.

I bought a sandwich with gluten-free roll. It was the best sub I've had since I became gluten-free seven years ago. And then I bought a beautiful dessert in the bakery also gluten-free love this place.

I have been eyeing Hillbilly Farms on social media for several months and finally had the chance to stop in. I was warmly greeted and held a nice conversation with the woman at the counter while browsing the array of delicious goodies. There are options for everyone which range from gourmet brownies to delicious looking bars, dry baked good mixes and sandwiches to-go. It smelt amazing inside as bread was being baked and I was told if I stuck around I could go home with a freshly baked baguette, which of course I did and it was delicious! It's so difficult to find people who understand the gluten free, specifically celiac "struggle" and entering this establishment just brought such a sense of relief and understanding. I can't wait to return to try other goodies.

My boyfriend has celiacs and we've been looking for a quality gluten free bakery that ACTUALLY tastes good. We don't have to look further. It was our first time in this store and the owners were so informative, friendly, and mindful as they both can't have gluten. We got the cinnamon roll, Mississippi brownie, peanut butter cup brownie, and carrot cake - ALL are amazing. We can't wait to try everything in this store. The owners have amazing plans for their store

So Happy to have found this place I have Celiacs disease and they make awesome baked goods. Have not had a coconut cream pie or pecan pie for 20 years and theirs tasts amazing!! Also they have mini cakes, which are perfect for a craving. Highly recommend trying this place.

This place is awesome ! Had grilled cheese ( they used gluten free schar bread) and my husband had the turkey wrap ( toufayan wrap also gluten free ) soooo good! Bought A brownies and a coconut cream mini cake. Delicious!! All items are baked in premise( except for items above) ... nice variety at a decent price. The owner was really nice ... took time to chat with us. This is a must go to place for anyone gluten free and their friends !
