Hibachi Express- Highland City

My order is always correct every time I order from here. I've only ever done DoorDash so I don't know how the actual restaurant is in the inside. The food is authentic hibachi and tastes amazing. Most entrees come with 2 small cups of yum yum sauce so unless you need more than that don't order the side of yum yum sauce because it's like a bowl. Just something to keep in mind, If you get a drink with your meal and pick sweet tea you get a can of Lipton tea (in picture). The fried rice is not very flavorful like im used to but thats my only negative.

This place gets five stars from a hungry girl driving through town. I gave this place a chance because of the name but I didn't expect to have a mini hibachi experience. The food was ready very quickly and had a nice flavor. Healthy veggies, rice, and protein. Hibachi express saved the day :)

Service is always friendly, food is usually pretty good! LOVE the teriyaki chicken! Sometimes the veggies are a little hard, but you can't beat the lunch special!

Food exceeded my expectations!!!! Lunch portion was perfect. Steak Hibachi was delicious. Pork Gyoza was delicious. Service was kind and friendly. The price for the quality and portions was great!I would 100% come here again!

Great place to grab a bite on your way home. A large variety of food to choose from. The service is great, I was in and out very quickly.

A good meal at a great price. The lunch special is a good value filling meal and the sushi is very reasonably priced. I must give a shout-out to Elica, my favorite server. Always friendly, she really puts a positive spin on my day. Very attentive to quality service and makes it a point to greet regular customers by name.

Very tasty and well priced entrees. Service was prompt and food was delivered to the table in a reasonable amount of time. Portions were large and satisfying. Low-key family-oriented dining area perfect for weekend dinner experience. We'll be back.

Mmmm need a sushi place that isn't going to break the wallet but is still really tasty? Well, I welcome you to Hibachi Express!! Really, their sushi is so affordable it's fantastic, and that's coming from a current broke college kid. Not only is their sushi pretty darn good for the price, but they have a lot of other great Thai/ Asian food as well, like lo mein, shrimp, and rice combos that are also yummy options. I've gone a couple times and I have a lot of friends who love this place. Also, one time I came in at 9 pm, when they were supposed to close at 930, so I felt bad and was worried they maybe wouldn't serve me since it was so close to their closing time. But they were more than happy and got me exactly what I wanted still with a smile on their face! There were even more people who came in later than me, around 915 and they were still served just like normal. That just really impressed me because so many places will start shutting down an hour or so before closing and they'll get really defensive if you come in close to closing time, but nah these guys are different and awesome! Highly recommend for my sushi people!

The service, I ordered at 12:57 with a group of peers, they got their order in minutes maybe even seconds and there was a line behind us aswell. I was the last one in the whole restaurant to get my order. All I ordered was steak n chicken , so why are you taking over 30min? Do better hibachi , this food better be the freshest food that ever freshed!
