Havana Kiss Cuban Cafe & Restaurant

This place is amazing!!!! I'm from New Jersey and if you love to eat some good Cuban food this is definitely the place to come. The restaurant is very spacious. When I walked in with my family is was completely empty so I was a little bit worried about the food. Once we got our food there was no bounty in my stomach that is this a great restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was great as well. Definitely recommend this restaurant if you love to eat Cuban food or Spanish food. Sorry but I have pictures because we all ate the food so fast because it was so good.

Ordered via Ubereats and the food did not disappoint (despite the long travel from the restroom delivery). The ropa vieja was juicy and flavorful. Very generous portions. I just wished I got more plantains but that's just me. If I had time, I would go in-person to compare the dining experience.

All entrees come with rice, beans, and plantains. The food was delicious and authenticly cuban. Had to add a touch of salt and hot suace for my taste but husband enjoyed just the was it was. Very flavorful, Very filling. Nice atmosphere with cuban music playing. Nice place to sit and relax after playing at the amusement park.Our server was very hospitable.

Delicious food! We had the midnight club sandwich and the grilled chicken with white rice and beans. I am Cuban and I enjoyed this restaurant and it's great quality foods.

Going to have to split the difference here for a number of reasons.I came here while I was in Orlando because i was seriously craving Cuban food. I am originally from Miami, but moved to rural Ohio back in 2020. My family and I are the only Cubans, possibly the only ones ever to live in the county. Oh heck, we are one of the few minorities there. Thankfully we can cook our cultural foods, but I do miss being able to go somewhere and having it cooked for me and served. So i came with my bestie and pigged out! I had the "Havana Kiss" or a bistec de palomilla, arroz con morro and platanos maduros. The steak was perfectly made and those morros were delicious. I sure as heck bought some ham croquetas to eat. Omg! How i missed these! Sure i can fry some I can buy frozen at home but its just not the same as these! Wow! Delicious!!!!! I finished it off with some cuban coffee... ahhhh sweet! My problems with the place were the following:1) The place is seriously hot! A prior reviewer remarked how "this place has no ac, you feel like your in communist Cuba". Obviously an exaggeration, but the ac barely cools. 2) The food is expensive! I paid just for my food almost $50. I could get it for less than half that in Miami. 3) Saw some of the staff get the glassware for their alcoholic drinks by putting their fingers not just on the rim but in the drinking part of the glassware... thats a no no. 4) The bathroom situation is a problem. I needed to go and was told they had no bathroom inside. They give you keys to a bathroom within the building that requires you to talk quite a while to. Then when i tried getting in, the keys would not work. So to succinctly put it... the food was fantastic! The rest of the experience, on the other hand, left much to be desired.

This is acceptable place for Cuban food if you know what to order. The service is excellent! The server offered recommendations of their best selling dishes and we listened! We shared Empanadas and Tamal! They were fresh and bursting with flavor! Delish! My husband and I split the Shredded Beef which came accompanied by white rice and black beans with a side order of Tostones! Oh my!!! What a meal! You can find reasonable prices, good service and food at Havana Kiss!

We came here for lunch on a Sunday after exploring Fun Spot and Old Town. Service was friendly. They seemed short staffed. Croquetas weren't the best in the world but definitely good: fried on the order and served crispy. The Havana kiss steak was good and had 4 pieces of Maduro it was ok the rice was little dry but decent. Overall ok food not bad. Minor: they have AC but not a freezer like everywhere else. No bathroom!! It's somewhere outside and the key didn't work.

Had the picadillo, palomilla steal, and chicken soup. All three were very good. I had it delivered to a hotel when staying in Orlando, the delivery came very fast and everything as expected. The only thing I would add is that picadillo may have had too much tomato sauce. But overall would order from here again!

Worst service, automatically charge 15% gratuity on every check because they know that their service is horrible. I always tip 22% but this was honestly the worst experience ive ever had in a restaurant. Never checked on us, we were the only table there, never said thank you or your welcome, seemed like she hated us as soon as we walked in. Pointed at the table and threw menus on the table. I honestly ate my dry food and ran out of there.

If I can give this zero stars I would . THIS IS NOT CUBAN FOOD. The service was rude and lazy took so long for our food . Also ITS EXPENSIVE for no reason DONT NOT COME HERE
