Havnt been here in a while so we decided to stop in for breakfast. Always good and dependable food. Thought it might busy as this was our third stop on the brunch hunt but we got right in. To be fair the first two have really bad parking issues and we had no patience to ride around and stalk a spot. So glad we didn't !Deb loves the broccoli bites so we started with those. They are fried with cheese, bacon and broccoli. Not very much broccoli but pretty darn tasty. The sauce was the best though. A horse radish mayo kinda sauce. Really good. Save some to dip your fries in if you get some. We decided to share the turkey express. Grilled turkey on buttered and toasted pumpernickel. So good! Toasted just right and just the right amount of butter on the bread. Melts cheese added great flavors. All together a great bite. Very local vibe. Old St Pete stuff on the walls. A little history museum. Our severe was awesome. Great conversations and service. One of these days we will make it for an evening.

It has been 12 years since I originally gave Harvey's any love. I continuously go back and I'm never disappointed. The bar is always packed with regulars, if you wanna seat that is a tough one to get in this town. All of their food is made fresh house, including their sauces and you'll never go wrong with any menu item. It's good for groups as they have larger tables in the back. Family friendly. Free parking. Great staff! If you live in St Pete and you've never been put it on your list. Enjoy!

Meh, just ok. Salad was nice but the grouper nuggets were dry as a bone and $16. Boyfriend had the pastrami sandwich, that was pretty good but nothing to write home about. Place seems to stay busy so maybe we got the wrong items. Don't think we'd go back.

We had been wanting to try this place for a while and I am glad we finally did. I had the club sandwich which was quite large and fries. My wife had the bacon cheeseburger which looked good. They have a number of beers on tap and a fair amount of seating. This place definitely caters to an old crowd but it was fun. Looking forward to trying it again.

A fun and easy place to grab lunch. A busy local restaurant with a large bar and a solid menu. The sandwiches, salads, and burgers are all solid choices. The Staff are friendly and the beer is cold. My favorite dishes are the 4th Street Grill (hot pastrami on grilled pumpernickel with 1000 island and slaw) and the Chicken Walnut Salad (a large scoop of their chicken salad on a large salad. It's hard to eat it all). This is Florida comfort food and Harvey's is worth visiting if you're in the area.

Good food and a nice atmosphere! We had a large party and they were very accommodating and quick. Not the most special food but they have a lot of options and everything I tried was good!

Local hangout with a lot of regulars here...busy even on a Monday night. The onion rings had no flavor whatsoever as if they completely forgot to put any salt into the batter. The broccoli bites were just ok but they had been deep fried in what seemed like old oil. The grouper sandwich was fine, but did jot come blackened as ordered and the bun was a standard hamburger bun. The coleslaw was simple and not too heavy on the mayo, making it the highlight of the meal. Too many other spots nearby to visit, so will probably pass on this one in the future.

Prob an off night. Simple to go order. Blackened grouper bites and pot of chilli. Chilli was not adequately "defrosted" leaving huge clumps of meat and grouper was chewy (got a hint from smell whilst transporting home). Certainly not as fresh as they claim and crazy at $17 for a few stale bits of fish. Get your act together and don't rest on your laurels.

Walking in the door the thought was promising. Service ok but we were not greeted or acknowledged our waitress for 3 to 5 minutes. Unfortunately the food was mediocre at best. How can you ruin potato skins. Well let them sit in the pass thru. Until the cheese cools. Soup was lukewarm at best. My friend shared a bite of her Cajun chicken sandwich that had no taste until she asked and was charged for a side of buffalo sauce. I knew there wasn't a lot of taste to our food when we both kept reaching for salt and pepper even for the Cole slaw. A promising place that I won't return too
