Very tasty steaks and homemade sausages, but extremely expensive. Yes I did a test between this place and Costco & Sam's Costco was very close in flavor and tendernessHarts has consistent steaks for flavor and tenderness, Sam's just the opposite. Costco comes in 2nd but lighter on the wallet. $24 a lb for ribeye is high to me but give them a try for yourself and decide yourself.

Great service!Nothing like a wonderful hometown butcher! Such a huge inventory! Looking forward to the terrific looking pork chops! Also a nice variety of burgers to try out on the grill! If you like choices, get yourself down to HART'S !!! The sooner the better!

Best cuts of beef ever. Very tender, very tasty. Same with pork chops. Brats are out of this world good. Never a big fan of brats until now. Can't wait to try more. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great environment. Will never go anywhere else in FL. Absolutely recommend.

Hart's Meats provides superior quality meats and their customer service the best around. They offer a great variety of meats and if you don't see what you want just ask. They are very accommodating! The mushroom Swiss burgers I cooked tonight were delicious. I can't wait to cook the stuffed pork chops they made for me. They have my business for life.

Had some great cuts of ribeye from here. It's a new spot. My wife and I attended their opening event with a friend and had a great time sampling. If I can remember I'll come back and edit the post with photos

Everyone cares here and you can feel that energy. New ownership has brought a unique vibe to Brooksville in a hometown meat shop with nothing but a vast opportunity for feel good success. Be sure to try out one of the hand crafted sausages, burgers or out of this world marinated chicken thighs. Supporting local small businesses feels good and helps the entire community. Went there yesterday and bought the Harts package. We met the people and took the tour,the place is amazing Cooked the bone in ribeye on the grill tonight.It was the best steak I've had in years.This is the real deal

If you are anywhere near, you HAVE to stop in. They have the MEATS! All kinds of delicious seasonings and bacon. I asked for 1/4 inch sliced bacon and they hand cut it. Fantastic! Nice small, clean shop.

We visited today for a second time and we will definitely be back. Everything that we got was delicious and fresh. Their homemade burgers are probably one of the best burgers that we have had. We have tried the Jalapeño cheddar and Steakhouse burgers. Their bacon, sausage, and sirloin are great too. The bone in pork chops are delicious and eat like a steak! The guy that compared the meat here to Costco or Sam's is way off. The meats here cannot be beat. The manager is knowledgeable and personable. The customer service is excellent! Give this place a try, you will not regret it. I only wish that I would have taken a pic but everything goes so quick once taken off the grill because it is so good!
