This place is truly a decadent dessert destination, and I only wish they had a location in Orlando because I'd be a regular.I tried their strawberry chocolate sundae, and it was everything--rich, velvety chocolate paired with fresh strawberries and the perfect amount of whipped cream. The presentation alone was enough to make my foodie heart happy, but the flavor? Absolutely next level.The shop itself has a sleek, modern vibe that makes the experience feel extra special. Service was friendly, and my order came out quickly, even with a steady flow of customers.If you're a chocolate lover, this spot is a must-visit! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town. Just waiting for them to bring one to Orlando!

Literally some of the best ice cream I've had!I ordered the medium strawberry Sunday on a cone. It reminded me of the strawberry shortcake ice cream bars I'd get when I was a kid.The ice cream itself was very creamy and the shortcake bits were crunchy. Also, be prepared to be loaded on sugar because the ice cream was HUGE. Def worth it!Keep in mind there's pretty limited seating inside.

This was my second visit to this spot, and I absolutely love it! It's quickly becoming one of my favorite ice cream places in the Tampa area. I tried the hazelnut toffee sundae cup, and it was absolutely delicious.Quick tip: the portions are big, so if you're with someone, sharing might be a good idea. The service is amazing--everyone is super friendly and greets you with a smile. The location at Sparkman Wharf is also great; you can walk around and enjoy the lively atmosphere. It's a bit on the pricey side, but totally worth it. I'll definitely be back because it's just that good!

This is definitely a local vibe. People were loving the chocolate covered strawberry cups! It was a bit much for me. We were able to watch someone try the cone challenge during our visit. Fun spot!

Wow, this beautifully modern store has neatly packaged chocolates with ice cream sundaes served in the back. The service was outstanding, kind and accommodating team. They went above and beyond to help and ensure we had a great experience. Great place to get delicious chocolate and ice cream if you're visiting the area ($20 parking). The chocolate comes in lovely high end packaging which will make a perfect gift. The ambiance is luxurious yet delicious with clean, modern design, very New York.

Visited Hampton Chocolate Factory on a busy Sunday afternoon. The area was packed with live music outside and tons of action with people getting food and grabbing drinks at the bar nearby. The store was quick busy but we were able to get our items pretty quickly. The downside is the parking, the garage across the street was packed as were the streets, so we ended up paying $35 to park for an hour. Definitely be wary of when you're visiting and if there is an event going on as prices will be high. The service was okay, the girl taking orders was nice but didn't seem very interested in being there or asking clarifying questions. When ordering she looked up at the menu for a while before entering the order. I ordered a Belgian waffle with Dark Chocolate drizzle. It was okay - overly sugary and the waffle was lacking in flavor. Especially for the price, it was not worth it. As someone who has had waffles in Belgium, these are not the same. It was a good sweet treat but got old quickly. The others in my party enjoyed the soft serve and said it was good. Overall, a good quick stop in if you're in the area but not something to write home about.

Despite not being a big soft serve ice cream fan, I really enjoyed my brownie sundae! This place is perfect for soft serve ice cream fans, and people with huge sweet tooth's. I found everything to be a bit over the top; however, the portion sizes are a huge bang for your buck considering how enormous they all are. This place would be a child's dream.The shop gets very busy, but the staff mitigates traffic very well and you can even place your order in line which I appreciated!

Although the area was crowded and parking was very difficult, my family and I enjoyed the decadent offerings at Hampton Chocolate Factory. Upon entering, I was greeted by an employee who offered chocolate samples. When I got to the register the employee was very patient, informative and honest. I appreciated her feedback. The Strawberry Shortcake Sundae was amazing. Each flavor went well together and I didn't feel super thirsty after like I do when I eat other ice creams. The hot chocolate was also delicious and rich. I need to go back to get another!

Came here for dessert after dinner with all my coworkers I got the strawberry white chocolate cheesecake cone it was incredible! A lot for one person I couldn't finish it but it was delicious and appealing to the eye
