H&H Family Bay BBQ

We visited during lunch time. Food took a long time. Two waiters only. Once we got the food was not the BBQ we expected for such a long time to wait. After finished waiter took a long time to come to us and didn't even offer if we wanted dessert. Did not take the dirty plates from our table. We have eaten great BBQ brisket. This is average place. The chicken wings call "jumbo" in the menu and they were super small. We will not come back here. Will not recommend.

I only came here for the sides because I was told they were . I tried the green beans, greens & Mac n cheese. They all were deliciousness's!!! I believe I have had the ribs or brisket maybe from here at a get together and it all . Service is great

ordered a bbq bake potato and got a rotten potato and my wife's potato was sponge and it took them 1 hour for that with two other customers in the restaurant.

The owners need to reevaluate the training of their kitchen staff. Food was terrible. Burnt okra BOTH times I've dined here. Burnt both my wife and daughter's sweet potato fries and when served, the chicken was cold. It took so long for our few burgers that they came and apologized but then brought us cold food. Sounds to me like half of it was done before the burgers. Need more qualified staff. I won't be back. Hungry Harry's was CONSISTENT and BETTER

This does not have the same quality as the previous Hungry Harry's. The food that came out was not how it was described on the menu. The sweet tea was basically water. The Carolina pork sandwich came out with no coleslaw and the sauce was basically just yellow mustard. The fried okra was wet and soft. This place is ruined. I would give zero stars if I could.

NEW OWNERS (and better ones) I've been here seven times. I'm going back today for an eighth. They are changing things up and they are growing for the better. I wouldn't listen to some of the reviews because I think it's past employees that may have been let go. The place is taking shape, the summer or spring rolls are fantastic . The eggrolls are killer little bit of Vietnamese food on the menu is amazing. Great flavor! I hope they add MORE. I've had brisket nachos. They're amazing and huge. I've had ribs three or four times, they've all been amazing. The ambience is good. the service is excellent and Amazing! Maureen and Mora are excellent servers. this will probably be my new favorite go to place. And I live in Plant city, so it's a little trek to get there. I went ahead and gave them full stars because they are continually changing the menu for the better and adding new things, and they're open to advice!! I have met both the owners and they are amazing people. Please judge your visit fairly as they're finding out what is working from the old menu and what wasn't. The pho soup is amazing. The Thai chili sauce is excellent(or Vietnamese chili sauce). The desserts are good. The homemade cookies are good. When I find a new restaurant. I usually give it my full attention, if they hold up, I keep them in my arsenal of restaurants. I don't just give out a review on first visit. Every company has their good and bad employees. Tho consistency from any place is phenomenal Annnnd! first and second shift can be completely different. They have to earn it whether it's good, bad or ugly. And I have left some ugly reviews for other places. I do recommend this place A+ I have chatted with many veteran customers from there. One couple goes every Saturday night and they've been going for six years and they like the new restaurant better. That's saying something! SO H&H Family Bay BBQ. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

Definitely downhill since it was Hungry Harry's. No more deals. I ordered a brisket sandwich at lunch for$12.99. Fries (very few) were an additional $3.99, substituted bun for garlic bread another 1.00, and tea, 2.99. Total: $21.00 I will not be going back

I know they're new owners but everything was WAY off the mustard sauce is way to sour ,chicken seemed really dry "creamy corn casserole" I believe it's called wasn't creamy just tasted like ripped up pieces of corn bread not sweet, only thing that was new and I liked was the Mac and cheese.

HORRIBLE. I should've read the reviews before ordering. The ribs were uncooked and underprepared. There was zero seasoning. The mac n cheese was all noodles with no cheese and no taste. The portion in the picture was a side order over $3. You get more and far better from chic fil-a. I also ordered brisket that was cold and excessively fatty and the baked beans had pineapples in them. I didn't even eat this mess. Waste of money. True rating. 0 stars.

New owners have taken over Hungry Harrys in July. Same amount of tables and staff was nice.Food was fantastic, I tried the most popular items and everything was great. Every table was full in the building. Meat- brisket, pork, chicken & ribs. Sides - charra beans, bbq beans, corn casserole, potato salad, Mac & cheese, collard greens.
