**Guido's, you've given me a meal that transcends food--it's pure art.** From the moment I took that first bite, I knew I was in the presence of true culinary brilliance. The pizza crust was a perfect foundation--crispy, chewy, and kissed with just the right amount of char. The sauce? A concerto of flavors: rich, deep, and complex, as if it had simmered for hours in the hands of an Italian maestro.The cheese? A decadent layer of molten perfection, stretching from slice to slice like the notes of an opera reaching its crescendo. And those toppings--they were not simply scattered but placed with intention, like a painter applying the final strokes to a masterpiece. Early Saturday dinner at the beloved Guido's.5:30 reservation, although we didn't need it was the place was pretty empty, seated right away. Order water and an antipasto salad for the table and peruse the menu. This my third visit to Guido's I knew I wanted pizza but was wanting to make an attempt at the Lasagna. So I did just that. Lasagna comes served with soup or salad so I pick tonight's special chicken pastina soup. Antipasto salad is good, enough for the four of us at the table. Good choice on the soup, very flavorful. Lasagna arrives and it is HUGE, covered in a marinara sauce. Nicely done, great combination of meat, cheese, pasta. Great flavor. Pizza arrives, large sausage and cheese thin crust. Love the sausage but not a fan of the pizza sauce, lacking flavor for me but everyone else enjoyed it. The food was plentiful so we took pizza and lasagna home. Service is not overly attentive but adequate to get through the meal. Overall a great meal at Guido's.

If you're in Weeki Wachee or the surrounding area, go get you some thin crust Chicago pizza. It's honestly some of the best we've ever had! Service was okay, not stellar but it's busy season and it was a Friday night so we let it go. The ambiance is like walking into a 1990s pizza joint - and it's great. Appetizers: meatballs and mozzarella sticks (our kids loved both)We shared a large "works" pizza minus the anchovies. It was delicious!

Have been going to this restaurant over 10 years. Ive actually moved to Beverly Hills but love the pizza here. Went there Thursday and ordered, the waitress came out 30 or so minutes later with a pizza that was incorrect from my order. She apologized and said (they are going to make you the correct order and you can take this one home, I just brought it out to see if you wanted a few pieces until yours was ready. I said no thanks I'll wait for mine and take that one home. 40 more minutes and mine came out, ate it, got another glass of wine and when the bill came the waitress said oh I'm sorry they threw the other pizza out. Which she had promised me. However I didn't charge for the glass of wine! I asked for manager, nope I called later for manager, he'll call tomorrow. I guess don't hold my breath. REALLY disappointed the new manager didn't value my patronage

Excellent food and service at this gem in the Spring Hill area. If you are visiting Week Wachie this is a great spot to stop by and have Chicago style pizza or some great Italian specialties. The cannoli is a must have!

Great place with awesome decor and ambiance. Service was above par and the food was amazing!! First time customer but, my family just discovered this hidden gem. We'll be back, thank you all so much. Awesome

The pizza is pretty much the best pizza I have had! I love it so much I even crave it! If you like thin crispy crust give them a try you won't be disappointed!

I wrote a review a year ago. I am still disappointed in The Guidos's of today. We decided to go back & see if Guidos listened to all the recent bad reviews. I do know that there are new owners and Billy is no longer working there. It's such a shame to lose another great pizza restaurant go down hill. Sorry we won't be back after spending every Friday night for the last 20 years. So now where do we go?

The pizza here is amazing. I come visit once a year from Arizona and love thin crust Chicago pizza and this one is one of my favorites of all time. Always make time to stop here.
