I tried this place for a first time and liked it for a quick lunch. The food was delicious. Service was fast and friendly.

It's kind of like Fresh Kitchen if they didn't care as much? Peanut butter pie was amazing though.We got two bowls and it's just not worth it. No consistency. From quality to consistency it just is lack luster especially looking at the cost.Chicken was cut in some huge chunks (about 4inch long ) and small chunks, was just okay, sauces were just okay, veggies were over or under no middle ground. Could be the kind of thing where if you came on in the right day it could be better.

It's ok in a pinch but I don't go out of my way to eat here. It's convenient to my work since my building is in the same area. Ordering online is simple and straight forward. They really do make it easy. Order by the item, the number of which is based on your cost options. The food though flavorful is a bit over-salted. If you're holding yourself out as a healthy alternative to what's out there you probably shouldn't do that. Prepare to open your wallet because this place is spendy. You'll end up spending 15 bucks for the most basic option. That can add up to even more with add ons. Like I said. Good in a pinch but I would not make a habit of it.

Food was not good. I thought it would be a great place to enjoy a salad. Very disappointing. We won't go back.

We stopped in for a lunch based in Yelp reviews. The 4 of us had pick 5 bowls. Each was delicious! We were able to sit outside. Nice music. Great service.

We stopped by to try out this location. It's located in the northwest corner of the intersection of US19 and Nebraska in Palm Harbor. There's lots of free parking since it's right next to a strip center. It's set up essentially like a Moe's where you pick out what you want and then pay.For our plates, we tried the 'Pick Six' which is 2 bases (pasta, rice, etc.), 2 veggies and 2 proteins. You get to choose one sauce and we chose the Teriyaki sauce. We had: the veggie fried rice, grilled steak, broccoli, warm glass (Asian) noodles, BBQ chicken, sautéed mushrooms, chickpeas and the pulled pork. The proteins were wonderful. They were tender and the chicken had a nice char taste and texture. The steak was an upcharge. The only thing that I wasn't wild about were the glass noodles.The establishment was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I can definitely recommend and we can't wait to go back.

Attentive staff and relaxed atmosphere! My physical therapist recommended Grill Fresh for lunch. I wasn't really hungry so I got a small bowl. For a small bowl I got a lot to eat! I started with sweet potatoes and noodles, and added chicken and green beans. All the sauces looked good, and I was able to try three. I settled on two - a white sauce and green sauce. I can not remember what I got, but they we're both good. In fact, my whole bowl was delicious and filling.I used a credit card to pay, and noticed a 43¢ fee. I didn't have cash, so there was no avoiding the fee.

Not only are the portion sizes & quality going down but also you have to buy more bowls now to reach the free one. Getting stingy are we? Used to be so good. Disappointed.

It is 8:50 on a Thursday night and this place already has their chairs up inside in the restaurant. They close at 9pm. Whoever is working is showing they don't care and they want to just close business and go home. Completely lazy as can be. This is not a 5 star restaurant as if a customer walked in 5 min prior to closing asking for a well done steak. It is pretty much a salad bar with select proteins and greens.

TLDR: good options, loved the veggies! We enjoyed dinner here and built 3 different bowls. My daughter had the coconut rice which was served cold and was pretty gross and crunchy. I had the cauliflower rice and forbidden rice with veggies and it was delicious. My husband had the chicken with forbidden rice and veggies and loved his bowl as well. Overall there is plenty of seating and parking. The restaurant is very cute and the team members were very efficient. We will try it again soon and most likely stick to the warm options only next time.
