Grazing Bri

I was at a family event this weekend, a potluck lunch. My sister brought caprese sandwiches made by Bri. There were 40 people there, and when asked at the end of the day what their favorite item was that they ate, I'd say 35 of them said these sandwiches!The bread was fresh, which is tough to pull off with ciabatta; the pesto was some of the best I've had; the balance of flavors was over the top!! It's been 24 hours, and we're all still texting each other about this sandwich. Our family is full of self-proclaimed foodies. She had a tough crowd, but hit it out of the park! We will be back for sure.
