Grassroots Kava House

We had a nice afternoon playing cards and drinking Kava.. the staff was very knowledgeable and great customer service!

2nd anniversary coffee stop of the day.. in Ybor downtown, but feels like money downtown Tampa..that a good vibe. Cappuccino time, this place is airy. Good lighting, even had a private room. Hostess very attentive as customers came in, and they play "chill music".

Great little coffee shop in the heart of Ybor city. Stopped in to grab some coffee for myself and travel companions. Great atmosphere and service. Looking forward to next time.

It had a nice, comfortable atmosphere and good service. The setting is calm and has a nice vibe. The coffee is excellent.

I love this place for studying. They also have great pop ups of art, clothing and today a personal massage therapist!

Right off the Main Street of Ybor, but feels like world away, its a nice quiet cafe and the perfect place for your morning cup of coffee if you are a local or visit in the Ybor Historic District!The coffee was good, and standard prices for speciality drinks. Minus one star for the barista who looked like I was bothering her when I asked for a coffee, it was a little bothersome. Would have been nice to be greeted with smile and a more friendly demeanor. But I'll just chalk that up to the day I was there and won't hold it against them!The coffee itself was good and the space was larger than most coffee spots so if you are here to do some work it would be perfect! Also loved the wildlife that frequents the joint outside, there was a cat and even 2 roosters, cute!

You know why I love kava lounges ? It is because the staff tend to be very spiritual which is right up my alleyway . Anyways grassroots has that and some of the best nitro coffee around as well as wonderfully brewed teas. You could come in on a bad day and leave feeling a lot calmer . So come on in and just zen out :)

Amazing place. Customer service is always top notch. If you want a place to hangout and meet people or just get some work done, this is the place Everyone is so friendly and easy to talk to. It seems like every time I go theirs something new going on. They have thrown thanksgiving parties, hosted local artist and seem to have a new event every week. If you ever get a chance, come say hi to all the wonderful people.

This location falls flat for me. Parking is a nightmare. Pay to park to run in for a beverage...I think not. This would be okay if you live in Ybor or on a bicycle, which is the way I stop in.

Amazing place to meet friends, relax, and lots of doggies!! Owners are fantastic. Best kratom, tea and coffee in the city!!
